Thai Ken was no different. We booked a condo on the 11th floor and the room was nice. It had one room with a bunk bed, a main bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, and a large master bedroom with a private bath and shower. Every room at this resort has a balcony view of the beach and ocean as well. The property does have an on-site fitness room and features two pools. A smaller one rams larger one that actually has a swim inside feature as well. Almost nightly at the large pool area they had a person performing live music which was cool. The resort had private beach access and a parking garage across the street. Brown weee passcode protected as were the rooms. The owner or resort will test you all the necessary codes for all 3. The garage while across the street does have a 3rd floor skywalk to keep you inside and get you across the road easily. Right on the beach so a great location. My biggest and only complaint was the beach access did not have a handicap ramp at all. Steps to the was then only way down. Which made it difficult for a family of 7 with two babies and a wagon or stroller to make daily beach visits. Overall a great resort in a great location. Comfy and nice vises rooms, nice pools, right on the beach and very close to attractions like popular eateries and pier park.

We left the pug in the floor with the fan. Gone maybe 20 mins, pulled back in and this bitch let our dog out!!! I ran for her neck, she ran. Hubs grabbed the dog and threw out bags in the back of the truck. We went to the la Quinta. Owner refused refund for the weekend. I didn't want to stay anyway bc there was black mold in the bathroom on the walls and the commode base was black and pissy!! She is the meanest woman and doesn't care about anything. She needs to go to rehab for her alcohol addiction

My daughter witnessed how rude she was through the phone and said, "Where ARE you?" I walked into the lobby from the side door (apparently not her door of choice) and that really set her off. After she berated me, I said I will walk right back out that same door I came in and I left. She and her pissy personality can keep themselves company. Advise anyone looking for an ounce of courtesy to never darken the doors of this place.

Condo looked really nice in pictures. Sometime after booking my stay, the management company changed to Avari. Everything was still verified through Avari, so we were good. Very excited, airlines booked, rental car booked. 25 hours before check-in, I received a text from the management company (Avari) to check my email. The email stated they were sorry but my reservation had been cancelled. I called the # I had for them from previous emails (worried it was a scam). I spoke with Jonathan & asked if everything for my trip was good? He said that it was & then said "wait, your reservation was cancelled 4 minutes ago by the owner of the condo." What???? My guess is that the owner was not happy with how the new management company was doing something so he voided his agreement with them & cancelled my reservation 25 HOURS before check-in of 4 pm. Jonathan was very nice & helpful. They did not have an opening of another condo to move me to but he helped find one that actually ended up being better & less expensive at another location & company. This review is aimed at the owner of Condo #2304 @ Sunrise Beach Condominium. Jonathan @ Avari was very helpful. He turned what could have been a terrible disappointment around & helped us to have a great vacation anyway.

The stress and harassment we received from the staff / HOA at Venture Out was outrageous and…read moreunacceptable! We rented a 4 bedroom house that accommodates 8 people. My husband and I brought our three kids ranging in age from 17 to 23. One of our children arrived from out of state at midnight, and since the overflow parking is five miles away, we had them get a temporary tag from the security guard and then we moved the vehicle off the property by 8am the following morning, but we were still charged a fine of $125. In addition, we paid an additional $200 to rent bedsheets and bath towels, but we had to make all of the beds ourselves when we arrived. We were given only one key for the unit although there were 8 of us staying in the unit. Also when we arrived, there was sand on the floors and in the showers, food/crumbs on the floors, and empty water bottles in two of the bedrooms. This overall experience has been stressful and unaccommodating. They don't deserve any stars and we will not be returning.

The resort management was very nice to deal with, and the laundry facilities were adequate. We did have one issue during our stay when an electrical problem affected our site and the sites on either side of us. Because of a problem at the main electrical panel, we had to reduce our electric draw for part of the stay and use only one AC in our fifth wheel. The issue was resolved the next morning, and management credited us one night's stay, which we appreciated. We are not big beach people, but if we needed to be in the area again, we would stay here without hesitation.

Not as convenient as having a house right on 30A/ across from the beach but for the price you can't complain. Kids love it because there's a pool and plenty of room to walk around / ride a scooter, bike ect.. The master bedroom has a private door onto the patio which was super nice! The condo was clean, and spacious. Two big bedrooms, both with King size beds gave plenty room for us to spread out and move around. The biggest bonus was the QUEEN size bunk beds! There are two pools on the property that are beachside, and the beach is easily accessible. We like the fact that there are beach chairs right there for rent and you can also rent jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides and boat trips to Shell Island. Across the street behind Alvin's Island you can rent golf carts. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. There is also a full-size washer and dryer that was great to have to wash daily beach wear. I loved the fact that the parking garage was attached with a walkway, and you didn't have to attempt crossing the busy street with all your luggage and groceries. To access this condo, there is actually another elevator located on the west end of building. Made it easier to get to and from the condo. The main elevator on the 3rd floor at the walkthrough gets really busy at check-in and check-out time. Condo is close to great shopping, eating places and Pier Park. Right across the street from Shuckums. The only issues we had with the condo were minor for the most part. The blender in the kitchen didn't work. The shower head in the guest bathroom was made so that it would not angle all the way down and would spray out of the shower onto the floor if you opened door to get in/out. the guest bedroom REALLY could use some Blackout curtains. Alvin's Island is directly across the street and their lights stay on ALL NIGHT which makes it really bright in the bedroom. If you're a light-sensitive sleeper like me, you'll never get to sleep! I actually slept on the couch one night. The biggest issue was the sliding barn door closure on the kitchen closet. It is not secured with a guide on the floor and easily comes off the track when trying to open. It even fell completely off the track once and fell over onto my granddaughter. Fortunately, it did not injure anything or break. This is the most serious issue and really needs to be fixed/secured. All in all, the condo was great, our trip was great, and the weather was great. I would definitely go back to Aqua 511 again. Couldn't ask for anything better!
