It was in the middle of a hot summer day, the main staff was not there so the two photographers took care of us. The picture turnaround time was really fast, and amazing. Communication and the booking process was super easy and organized on her website. She always responded in a timely manner. She addressed all my questions and concerns. The design team that she works with is amazing and brought my vision for the balloon backdrop to life. She works with her partner/husband Ed who was also super nice and helpful; he came down to help us with our belongings when we got to the studio. The studio was so clean and airy looking; it was the perfect spot for photos with natural lighting. Melissa really showed her expertise and comfort level in taking wonder shots of our son and of us. She was able to direct us on how and where to pose and also adjust things like fixing my hair or adjusting my legs/heels so that they would not look awkward (not all photographers will do this, this comes with experience). We never felt rushed and Melissa was patient with our son. We had some suggestions after we got the edited pictures back and Melissa never made us feel bad about doing the editing over again until we were satisfied. This wonderful experience made us super happy with choosing her as our son's First Birthday Photographer and hopefully other special occasions in the future. Let alone the anxiety you feel from them that you have to hurry up with the photoshoot. Her husband works with her an suffers from extreme OCD so half of your photoshoot session will be cut in half due him cleaning. As far as the turnaround to getting your proofs is also awful and takes such a long time to receive them. This should not be the case if your paying over $400 dollars for less than 25 mins a session. My advice coming from a business background is that you will slowly lose more customers that way because it's not an enjoyable experience when you feel a pressure from the photographer to hurry up when it's suppose to be the opposite a pleasant experience. This is my second time booking with Melissa and I won't book again because of the awful experience. Don't waste your money there is other photographers out there with the same set up, more time and the ability to choose more pictures without feeling robbed.

I was extremely pleased with the care I received in the ER. The team communicated extremely well with me and with each other and I was kept updated continuously both with verbal updates and with test results in the App. Everything was carefully explained and the team took a thorough history of recent issues to see how and if they are connected. Throughout this, Anna was checking on me at regular intervals, making sure I was relaxed and comfortable and checking my vitals. She was efficient, personable, and wonderfully caring. I honestly never was able to feel so relaxed in an ER before and Anna was definitely one of the reasons I was so relaxed here. I will say that being brought into the ER by EMS might be a different experience than just arriving on your own and waiting in the hallway corridor where chairs are. But I can only go by my personal experience and based on that, I was completely pleased with Winthrop.

Where I was going was always interesting to say the least, but I had out grown (for my 20s). Dr. Leslie King was recommended for my needs and the story ends there sorta speak...as she is absolutely the best I have ever had, so the search ends. She has been absolutely great being gentle during visits, and is really good at answering every and any question I could have. Those that know me know that I don't hold back, curious by nature and always want to know. Knowledge is Power! Would have to say Dr. Leslie King is very knowledgeable and truly knows her medical craft in and out. I love the layout of the new location here in Valley Stream office vs. Rockville Centre office. She has a space that truly represents her spirit and expertise better. Know that when you come to visit her though, don't wear fragrance, as she personally has serious allergies. You won't want to be the one that makes her use her Epi Pen. So, if you know you need a change, definitely consider Dr. Leslie King, with the Winthrop Specialty Center South - WINTHROP Medical Affiliates. These are where the sickest patients are being treated but yet you have the least experienced staff treating them. A doctor who just finished their residency working the night shift... so very disappointing that an organization like NYU can't find more highly trained staff ... also very disappointing that an organization with this amount of money has tape holding up the windows in the ICU. Totally unbelievable. Threw all their money into sears on Franklin Ave and forgot they have an almost 600 bed hospital up the block that is in need of resources. Do better for the community. Very sad and very disappointed that this what this hospital has become.
