My fiancé and I had a lot on our plate, so we opted for her full planning service (HIGHLY recommend this option if possible). We found her through a personal recommendation from a wedding she did in Louisiana, THEN come to find out, my best friends brother who was getting married 2 weeks before us, had just hired her as well! I knew we mush have had the best of the best! And I was right! Monique was there every step of the way, from dress appointments/ suit appointments, cake tastings, venue searches... EVERYTHING! She didn't demand to go anywhere and was cool if there was space limits and she couldn't come. Her online portal was SOOOO helpful with keeping me on task from day 1 and was key in helping me to remembering what I needed to do, purchase, or inquire about. She has an extensive preferred vendor list, but if we wanted to look elsewhere, she looked into other options for me as well. She was prompt, timely and followed up with ALL vendors on our behalf! I was able to trust her with RSVP's, timelines, and pretty much everything. We just worked well together in general. She was also conscious of our budget. She let us know where we were being unrealistic, and where we were probably over budgeting. She really helped us execute our vision perfectly! Day of, she was the calm to my chaos. lol! We didn't have to worry about anything. I didn't find out about things that went wrong until after the wedding because she handled them on our behalf. She was intent on making sure we got EVERYTHING we asked for. She has a great team of assistants that helped day of. They kept of 400-person wedding flowing smoothly. Last minute, I was looking for cold sparks and dancing on a cloud and she was able to find one of her past clients who offered the service, was able to help me negotiate some things and get the service for us near our budget! We had an initial meeting to discuss our ideas for our wedding, timeline, location(s) and budget. Once we signed a contract, Hedi provided us with a rough timeline of all events/meetings throughout the time between Day 1 of Planning and the Big Day! She would check in monthly with the items we'd have to take care of, and then would assist us with scheduling appointments with trusted vendors, attend various appointments with us, and point us in the right direction. While I think we would have been able to plan a great wedding on our own, Hedi was there to provide professional direction, keep us within budget, and keep stress levels low! She exceeded our expectations and assisted us in planning an absolutely amazing and low-stress wedding! We wouldn't have been able to plan our wedding with the efficiency that she provided to us. It's because I'm the rarer male perspective that you may not come across too often throughout the planning of your wedding. I am letting you know that your future husband wants little involvement in this process, and he wants this whole ordeal to be as painless and stress-free as possible while sticking to an appropriate budget. This is where Unveiled Bliss comes in. My girlfriend (at the time) and I met in October 2009. We had been together for 12-years before the thought of a wedding came into the picture. We wanted to start our own family, and we knew it was our last chance to have a celebration with our closest family and friends. We did not care to have a traditional wedding at all. We wanted to have a destination wedding where everyone could actually enjoy themselves and have a good time. Having a destination wedding comes with all sorts of challenges, and we knew we needed help from a wedding planner to sort out the logistics of it all. After shopping around, we came across Brittany Zahora and Taylor Cozart from Unveiled Bliss, a duo wedding planning team based out of Houston, TX who specializes in destination weddings. Unveiled Bliss has invaluable knowledge and experience for destination weddings. When we met with them, they asked all of the right questions. They wanted to know exactly what we were going for. We said we wanted our guests to have an experience and to enjoy themselves rather than making us the center of attention. Once deciding our destination as Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Unveiled Bliss provided multiple venues with amenities and experiences that our guests would remember for a lifetime. One thing I hate about weddings is that the food is typically mediocre. There may be so many guests, the chef makes a few generic and bland items to distribute amongst the crowd. We did not want this. Our focus was to have a reception with the best possible food and drinks in Cabo San Lucas. After looking through the options Unveiled Bliss provided, we chose Chileno Bay (from Auberge Resorts) as they were known to have the top restaurants and chefs across the entire city. They even had an option to provide guests with a tequila pairing for each item served at our reception. On top of this all, Unveiled Bliss knew how much we love our pug dog, Babu. Babu is my dog that I had to give up in 2011 as I struggled with immigration issues. We had been separated for 7-years before we reunited in 2018. Unbeknownst to us, Unveiled Bliss strategically placed Babu in subtle locations throughout the wedding. For example, there was a custom cocktail menu with our favorite drinks including "Babu's Spicy Margarita." All of the drinks were served with a wooden cocktail stirrer with Babu's face on them. As much as I didn't want to be involved in the wedding planning process, these little details meant everything to us. Overall, choosing Unveiled Bliss was the best decision. As a man who wanted to be completely left out of the planning, I put all of my trust into Brittany and Taylor. They made the entire experience seamless for me and my wife. Our family and friends enjoyed the wedding and reception, and we created core memories that will last forever. Prestige Events is always adding to their inventory too! The day I looked at the decor, they had just gotten some red lanterns in that we had to include in our wedding! I had a fairly large wedding with nearly 400 guests, and Thea worked closely with me to completely redesign the layout for the decor and tables to fit the venue beautifully. I also had a last-minute request for additional florals, and Chi Lien made it happen seamlessly. The florals turned out stunning, honestly even more beautiful than the inspiration photos we provided! She also gave me a spray bottle to ensure the florals were fresh and hydrated for the wedding day! Our reception was held at Kim Son, and Prestige Events completely transformed the ballroom. From the hallway to the ballroom, every detail was jaw-dropping. We received countless compliments on the decor, but I truly think the photos speak for themselves.
