The most amazing nail salon, I have been using Tiffany for years. The quality of her service beats everyone around I drive over 35 minutes for my appointments and I've never been late because I don't wanna miss out on my opportunity to have the best the other staff at Her establishment is also amazing. I've had quite a few pedicures from multiple people. Zoe does a really great job for pedicures I try to always get her but if not available Michael also does a really great job on pedicures. He is so kind and always so fun to talk to. I really enjoy going to a local spot by people who actually talk to you and not pretend that they don't know how to talk to you. They tell you what will look good and what won't and their honest opinions, and then their kindest ways And when they're busy, they try their hardest to make sure that they know I'm still there definitely give it a try. The most racist nail salon in west palm beach. I had many bad experiences but the last one is the worst. I forgot my credit card there. When I went the owner wasn't there. The next week she asked to sit in the back while they 4 empty chairs up front. The nail technician asked me to sit on the second chair but the owner asked me to get up and said 3 people are coming. She refused to give me my card when I asked her she said that I have to wait until I finish to get my card with a bad attitude and an awful look. I usually tip 10 0r 20 dollars. The way she spoke to me as a person wasn't fair at all. So I asked for my card and leave right away. They never clean my feet for me to be happy they're afraid of cleaning a black person feet for their money. I will never go back there ever. The job was never done good. After all of the years of being serviced by the staff at Enails, Tiffany came over from Nails 2k and ran all the great, nail experts away! I personally left Nails2k years ago, because of her lack of professionalism. I was not happy to see that she became the new owner of this salon. Yet, I gave it a try, until seeing the way she mistreated the workers and customers. My daughter had a gel polish applied to her toes, and it completely came off one of her toenails, after just 2 days of application. Tiffany suggested we come back the following week to see the nail tech that applied the gel, rather than having someone simply fix the one toe nail. She said that "Every nail tech had back to back appointments," in which was a lie, per one of the nail techs that I bumped into while outside. I had my receipt and proof of purchase as well. Unfortunately, she is ruining business at this spot. I know several customers who have already left, and followed the nail techs (that Tiffany ran away), to their new salons. She truly needs to reflect and work on advancing her professionalism and customer service, if she wants to grow and maintain a successful business. read more

First time here and Bill was my pedicurist! I'm often pretty picky however I don't require a lot. I always get a French pedicure with an array of base colors depending on the holiday or event but always French white tips. Things I love that aren't often done or recognized...Ingrown nails, many are often too rough and before I notice my toe hurts and is bleeding NOT HERE! Bill was gentle yet incredibly effective in removing it. I also love when the nail is cleaned underneath with that skinny sharp tool. I got a basic gel pedi with little massage but he used the most feel good techniques. The spa was clean, the service was quick, I walked in without an appointment and didn't feel like they were irritated that I didn't have one as most places make you feel. I would highly recommend Bill and this salon! Oooo also I arrived with a friend...I live in Massachusetts but frequent West Palm to spend family and bestie time. They sat us together for pedis and pulled up a chair for me to sit by my bestie for her mani so we could continue to catch up. It was a 5* experience all around. read more

I have not had the best of luck at nail salons but today my luck changed. This nail salon was great! I talked with the salon manager and told him about my last experience with the last nail salon I used. I always have my fingernails and toenails done with gel polish. The last place I went to the nail polish peeled off. The manager told me different people have different nails types. He made sure that the base coat used was the best for my nail type and that the polish would hold and not peel off. He said if something goes wrong to come back and he will fix it but he does not believe anything will go wrong. He was very nice and helpful. The chair where they complete pedicures was very comfortable. They had refreshments even beer. All the nails technicians were very friendly. I will definitely be back!! If you are curious the price for gel polish on your fingernails and toenails will cost $70.00 not including tip. For the service and quality the price is worth it! read more

I can review only pedicures and brow waxes from here, but for those two things I have one word: Yen. Yen is it- my 5 stars all go to her. Her pedicures are great because she does a substantial leg rub/massage with the hot towel follow-up, and though other places may do the same, I never feel like Yen resents me while she does it. She does a good wax job on my eyebrows too, and they aren't that easy as I wait about 3 months between visits. The place is clean and has a big magazine collection. The prices are about as good as you're going to find, AND, they share a plaza with Publix, so that convenience is an added bonus. Who wouldn't want a Publix sub to celebrate pretty toes? read more
