I just went into this business this afternoon. My laptop kept giving me a message saying I needed…read moreto shut down as the fan wasn't working. After they spent at least 15 minutes and couldn't duplicate the problem, there was no charge. We ended up getting a universal laptop power charger since our cord was severely frayed in one area. They did not suggest the purchase. I specifically asked myself. Their suggestion as to why I was getting the error message was spot on, and I no longer have it popping up on my screen. I did read some of the other reviews just now, and they may or may not be true, as is true of any reviews. My input is that we won't go to Best Buy or similar stores for any sort of computer repair. We tried that once and it was a fiasco. I did not wait in line at this store and we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We will come back when the need arises again.

When a retailer lists an item on their site as a backorder costumers have a right to assume they're…read morestocking it. When the costumer emails them, and follows up with a phone call that should indicate interest. I did all of this. When I called Jordan said he'd reach out to his boss to see if they could get 2 of the internal LG Blu-Ray drives I wanted. Jordan also assured me their boss would reply to my email. No email reply, no call back and now the item link, which I know is right since I saved it to my wishlist on their site, shows that the item can't be found. Doesn't really seem like a way to treat a potential costumer who was ready to buy and knew what they wanted.
