Came to check this place after hearing good things. Was gooe day staff nice but drove the hour plus home to look at reciept and find a 10 dollar difference between a item I purchased tag and the receipt plus didn't have one of my purchased items in my bag. Emailed them and got no response called and was told had to drive back up. This visit during even hours was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my life. The younger employee assisted with the issue by calling owner while the older woman that working was not only impudent but very offensive by talking to other customers about my situation and telling them I was being dishonest and trying to scam them and was very loud in doing so. I didn't even want to get the difference on price mess up back from them but then also felt ashamed for coming back to have the problem fixed. read more

Offered goody bag but will not say what is inside as alternative to money in store or money back. Then come to find out everything I bought was half the cost online at other stores. This is a phenomenal store. The staff was very friendly and not pressuring in any way. They were extremely helpful and willing to make suggestions on outfits. More importantly, they were super open and friendly regarding sexual health and discussion. They took some smell sensitivity my SO and I have with toys and helped find the appropriate toys. At no point as a guy did I feel judged or awkward with either the female or male employees. Been over a year with no apologies since I was asked to remove all my clothing as the door alarm kept going off. I had removed all items other than a t shirt and jeans. Flipped pockets inside out the employee would not call the cops or owner when we tried to work with her she said just return what you stole. We were long time customers till that point and after the owners accused us of stealing some lube and would prove it with cameras I asked them to please do that to clear my name then they said they made a police report but didn't know I had already done so and when talking to the owners I offered to come back to the store with police officers so we could all see the video no responce and banned from the store. This is my new go-to store in the metro for toys, lube, massage oil, lots of lingerie (some +size), costumes and sexual whatnot. Usually the staff is very friendly and helpful. Wife and I were out celebrating our 22 wedding anniversary and decided to go to Sex World to pick out a new toy. Store clerks were yelling at each other, swearing, and just sat behind the counter not giving a damn about the customers. We left and decided to try Enchantasys. WOW! Great selection, awesome customer service, and friendly. We were looking for a particular toy but were uncertain of the quality.., they opened the box, explained the design, features, and functionality. The 2 ladies helping us made my wife and I feel very comfortable talking about things we do not discuss outside of the bedroom, none the less with strangers!
