    I have been going to Enchanted Nails for several months and have never had a bad experience. My appointments sideways start on time and Johnny's attention to detail and creativity simply make the experience ever better! I wish I could take a picture of my nails right now, but if you go to their Instagram site, you can see some great photos of their work.

    Excellent dip and gel! This is after 3 weeks with dip! Everyone is so sweet and very detail oriented.

    Welcoming staff and provided fabulous pedicure service. Didn't feel rushed. Like being able to make an appointment.

And my hands look wonderful. I research Yelp very thoroughly reading as many reviews as possible. This takes days. I selected Will and found his work to be IMPECCABLE, extremely meticulous, top top quality, strong and they lasted 5 -6 weeks before one loosened. He has many many years of experience. A four star rating instead of a much deserved 5 star is because of only 2 factors: the liquid compound he uses to mix with the acrylic powder, and the final finishing "sanding smoothing" step of the new acrylic nail . My dad was a Prof of Biochemistry so I am very aware of chemicals. Will unfortunately uses an unusually strong smelling chemical needed to bond the acrylic powder. I have asthma too and could not tolerate the pungency of this chemical. Then in the final filing/ smoothing of the newly bonded acrylic he uses his tiny electric sander which creates a very fine granular dust which bothered my eyes and caused me to cough. My former acrylic nail beautician in Florida did this sanding via hand. This manual process greatly decreases the high volume of dust. I can not ask Will to use a less toxic pungent chemical nor switch to manual sanding. So sadly I must find someone else. He is an EXTREMELY good artisan and craftsman and gave me BEAUTIFUL nails!!

I am one to normally get the basic pedicure. I have never experienced a faster service in my life. Even the basic pedicure's i've had haven't been this fast before. I paid for the Deluxe pedicure which included an exfoliate scrub, mask w/hot towels and a hot stone massage along with the regular polish. The description also said 10 minute foot and leg massage. I got into the chair at 1:35 and got moved at 1:55 to head to the drying table. For a deluxe pedicure i was not expecting that fast of service and I never got a 10 minute foot massage. Most places i've gone to set a timer. She rubbed both my legs combined total of 4 mins.. She painted my toes very fast and then she moved me to the table for them to dry this is when it went downhill fast. I was already irritated about the fast service but i am not one to complain. So i was just going to eat the $52 and go on with my day. While i was sitting there a few people came in and were sitting in the waiting area and the owner had her child (i would say she's age 7) in the salon with her, she was very active up front talking with people and there was a another little girl (a customers daughter) around her same age. They were playing with the customers daughter's umbrella talking and hanging out. I was minding my business and annoyed at the service I just experienced when another 2 people head into the salon. They went to go sit down after being checked in with the other people waiting for their service. That's when the owners daughter heads to the back room of the salon and comes out with her iPad and while she walks towards the waiting area yells "aww there's no room for me". She says it very loudly and one of the ladies that sits down moves over to make room for the little girl. The little girl sits next to her... What comes out of that little girl's mouth next shocked me to my core... The little girl looks at this lady and goes "I don't like brown customers", "I don't like brown people or customers". All of us look at each other shocked at what just came out of that little girls mouth. We all look over at Mom and one of the ladies gets up and goes "Did you hear what your daughter just said" and the salon owner says NOTHING and CHUCKLES as she continues on with a pedicure... They all get up and leave and the salon owner did NOTHING to rectify the situation... Unfortunately, that is behavior that she learned or was taught.. Unexpectable and incredibly saddening.. As soon as that happened I was so mad and shocked that I went up to my nail person and go "I would like to pay". She meets me at the counter and she tells me the total is $52 and i was fuming from what I just experienced so I decided I was going to confront her respectfully about how I felt the service was rushed and that I never got the 10 min massage that was stated on the service. She said it was combined with the exfoliant and hot stone massage - which was a total of 4 mins. I would think that should be something that should be noted on the description and not labeled separately. Annoyed at her response I began explaining to her how I didn't feel like I experienced the service as was described and that it felt rushed. She looked at me like she didn't understand what I was saying and didn't do anything to rectify the situation. I unfortunately payed the $52 service but I didn't leave a tip nor will I ever be back.. All I wanted was to experience a good quality relaxing pedicure for the amount of money and I experienced a fast service and a racist environment.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ** side comment: When I left the salon everyone that left was still outside talking about what was just experienced. They were as shocked as me but to make matters even worse. The customers that were in the salon that left and who the little girl said those inappropriate comments too WERE REGULARS!!! ALL OF THEM

The very next day, June 1, I responded with detailed concerns about both my pedicure and full set. I explained that I paid for the upgraded pedicure package, but the water was FREEZING cold, the "extended massage" was practically nonexistent, my calluses were barely addressed, and the overall pedicure felt rushed and incomplete. It was HORRIBLE. I also explained that my nails were crooked, extremely thick, uneven in length, pointed outward, had acrylic buildup around the cuticles, and looked poorly shaped overall. I was disappointed because I spent approximately $160 and felt the quality did not reflect the price. After sending that feedback, I received no response for an entire week. When I followed up, expressing my disappointment with the lack of communication, I was suddenly told that a staff member would be contacted and would reach out to me. I agreed and waited again. Nobody contacted me. I eventually called the salon myself and was told that their guarantee only applies if issues are brought to their attention before leaving the salon or within three days. The problem with that explanation is that I DID contact them within three days--I actually responded to their feedback request the very next day, on June 1. Rather than acknowledging that I had followed their policy, I was repeatedly told, "That's all I can tell you." What makes this even more frustrating is that my appointment ended at closing time, and I felt rushed out as the staff were closing the salon. The doors had already been locked and had to be unlocked for me to leave. I wasn't standing there inspecting every toenail because I trusted that the services I paid for had been completed properly, even though. I may not have gotten the massage I wanted. The quality of the work was disappointing, but the customer service afterward was worse. I made multiple attempts to resolve this privately before posting a review. I have screenshots of the feedback request, my response on June 1, the follow-up messages, and the later conversation where I was told staff would contact me. I understand that mistakes happen. What I don't understand is asking customers for feedback, ignoring that feedback when it's negative, and then later refusing to address the issue by citing a deadline that the customer actually met. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on either the quality of the service or the way my concerns were handled afterward.
