Melissa said brown or light brown whatever shade your eyebrows are or whatever you want, but when I got there and I laid down on the table, she said only thing she does is black. I said well OK . I then asked if my eyelashes are long enough for this ?she said "yes they are ". One hour later....once She gave me the mirror . absolutely nothing changed. Only thing different was she got black dye on my waterline on my top lid but none on the other lid my eyelashes did not curl. They didn't look any different. I mean, the did didn't even set in .. Maybe my eyelashes were oily ...She should've washed them out and I don't know but they did not make me pay for them so they're pretty good about that even the receptionist must have seen that it didn't take. I was fascinated to hear that their wax was custom-made, free of parabens, and their patent formula leads directly at the end of the hairline, and not on the skin. What helped me get through the pain was having the image of ripping off a Band-Aid in one quick motion. This is an honest review, and I'm going to say that getting a wax you will experience and amount of pain but it's not insurmountable. If you have a high pain tolerance, it's no problem. They're doing a great job with COVID protocols. You wait outside or in your car until called to come in, so that you're the only one in the main area during check in and check out. You have your temp taken and asked to sanitize your hands (or wash at the sink) before getting started. It's too soon to really report on overall changes to my skin's conditions, but my facial was thorough and relaxing, and my skin was positively glowing when I left. I don't say that lightly. Allison made a lot of great recommendations, and I picked up a hydrating serum there based on her recommendations. It's a calm, relaxing atmosphere and I feel comfortable and confident there. I'm a client for life!
