It was a big step but worth it. I have followed Olga on her instagram page for quite some time and she does some amazing work. Eight weeks ago I started my journey to having a look that I had ruined when I was a teenager. Olga knew I was nervous and explained everything from start to finish before we even went through with it. She has a very gentle touch and is precise with her work and works with you. I not only had new and beautiful eyebrows, but eyeliner and a smokey eyeshadow as well. Finally the look I wanted 52 years ago! She has a quaint studio inside a salon. It's quiet and relaxing which is a must for me. Her studio is a very sterile environment as well. Everything about my experience with Olga and Angel's Secret WNY was top notch and without hesitation I can say worth every penny I invested in myself.

What a relief - you are self-conscious to begin with and that left immediately with her down-to-earth professionalism and friendliness. I was hoping this wax would not be painful compared to sugaring, which is what I was used to. To anyone with concerns- whether it was Bree's skill or the product she used, it felt no different than sugaring and was not anything more than a small discomfort that immediately passed as you would expect from any service like this. I had not one concern or area in need of extra attention, and at my first appointment I received a small goody bag of after-care products. Her prices are very reasonable and her skill is excellent. She has appointments throughout the day, making scheduling around work a breeze & she is located within a salon. Her room is bright, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lindsey is who I go to regularly, and she does a fantastic job. It's the only place that i have been where they have different looks or styles, instead of either classic or volume. It's a true bummer because all her Groupon and yelp reviews are stellar. Update: I did get a text back Michelle this morning to schedule services, she didn't want to respond to my texts late at night (understandable). It seemed like a one off hectic day for her, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She has wonderful feedback otherwise. I would come back to her for services because she is very meticulous with her work and I'd rather support small business than the big chains anyways. When we went to the chairs one was filled with water and one wasn't, then told us to sit down again. It took almost 15 for someone to start on us. One of the employees that was my aunts coughed without covering and to dry the polish she blew on her toes. My nail tech coughed a bit without covering and dried my toes with a fan. Manicures were good did ok because my aunts hidden Mickey looked like a bunny rabbit. Aunts nail tech coughed with hand then use the same hand to grab my aunts hand to work on. Not that sanitary. Overall it was ok. Then a few hours later my toes chipped already.

I would not use this provider s what they did feels like fraud. I have logged complaints with BBB and Groupon and will be contacting the NY attorney general office to file a formal complaint. Go someplace that is a reputable service provider and steer clear of this one. They still are selling services through Groupon so watch out!

I will post the photos of the very unprofessional response she left to my review and the appt confirmation I saw the reviews and gave this place a go, but I regret it. I had a bad experience and will NOT come back! There were people (her coworkers) walking in and out of the room during my appt, which was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. She didn't ask me if it was okay or anything. I got a fibroblast done here with the owner, Maya, where I got permanent hypopigmentation spots on my face and dark burn marks from the pen she used. There are spots that are whiter or lighter than my skin, which means that my skin is depigmented and hypopigmented. She doesn't seem very skilled or knowledgeable with this treatment, so I don't recommend it here at all, even if it's cheaper than other places. Go to a professional like an NP or dermatologist for this treatment, or just don't do it at all. It just made my skin way worse. Now I have to spend so much money fixing this problem that may never leave It has caused me distress over my appearance since my skin got worse than when I came in and there's nothing that can fix it. When I left my review on Google, she told me that I had the wrong place. I've never been to her spa and to delete my review. When I updated it, she gave a very unprofessional response and said I'm not a real client. When people have a bad first experience somewhere, they don't feel comfortable returning, which is how I felt. I didn't feel comfortable reaching out or saying anything because of the way my appt was and the way I felt, and I didn't want to come back. And her reply definitely made me not want to reach out or disclose myself to her. Possibly fixing this issue I got from the fibroblast is something that is advanced and is best done by a health provider like a dermatologist, which is a fact I shared my personal experience and regret that I went here. I'm posting this again for other people to see that I personally don't recommend getting the fibroblast done here. The other treatments are probably fine, but fibroblast should be done by someone with nurse/doctor. Edit: the owner replied once again claiming I'm not a client and said I signed a consent form. This treatment was recommended by her and she reassured me it would work well with my skin and the reason my skin COMPLETELY dipigmented is because of her holding the pen in place too long and over and over in the same spot and constantly rubbing it afterwords with a qtip until it bled even though I told her to leave it so it's clearly due to her negligence and a lack of knowledge/skill issue because of the way in which she used it. Just the way she responds to her negative reviews speaks volumes on how she handles criticism. Any negative review is apparently not possible and everyone is a competitor. The way she responds makes you not even want to reach out. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.
