I been coming here for over 20 years Awesome staff and location They could use updates, slowly but surely things are improving Also if they had some things to do maybe a hot tub

Beautiful. Very nice room and amazing view. Beach front and pool and short but nice walk to the boardwalk. Many food places near and overall great place to stay!

First, THANK YOU, Mallory, Lisa, Diana, Daniel, Henry and Shirley! What an amazing, hospitable staff at Enchanted Isle. They were helpful in so many ways. We travelled as 4 adults, a toddler and a baby. We stayed in rooms 302, 203, and 102. 102 was the best location right on the ocean. You are just steps away from the beautiful beach. The resort is dated, well maintained and very clean. There has been some remodeling on the units. However, you have all the creature comforts you need. Besides, you spend all your time at the beach and the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. Don't miss the Hot Dog BBQ on Wednesday. So fun. The other guests from all over the country, some local too, were very friendly. It was nice to mingle with the other guests. We exchanged through RCI, so we didn't know what we were getting. We were pleasantly surprised. This resort is not the Ritz Carlton, but it is an amazing value for the location. We hope to return one day. We would highly recommend this resort to friends and family.

Great private resort, ocean front views, amazing atmosphere and staff. Overall enjoyed my stay well they were courteous and inviting. Offer free beach chairs, towels, and more! Fully stocked kitchen ware, and even a midweek cleaning for free. Free wifi, great pool and easy parking. Would stay here again for sure :) way to go guys! Simple and sweet, will make it hard not to repeat!

Recently stayed at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and had a very enjoyable experience…read moreoverall. The resort was very clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which set the tone for a relaxing stay. The beach-view balcony room offered beautiful views and was a great place to unwind. While the room was clean and comfortable, some of the furniture and fixtures were starting to show their age and felt a little rough around the edges. One of the best perks was that the resort fee included two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. There are also plenty of food and drink options throughout the resort, making it easy to grab anything from a quick bite to a full meal without leaving the property.

Room was cleaned but…read morewe did have to have a person come fix the ceiling fan that only has one speed and looked/sounded like it was about to fly off! But they fixed it promptly! House keeping was very timely and kept our room tidy for days. Dinning on the resort expensive especially with kids! Margaritaville restaurant for breakfast 13$ for each kid and 25-28$ for adults...we quickly turned and left after being told that. They do have a wash room on second floor as well as a gym. Washroom detergent 1.25$ per small box so like one load. Dryers free. Cons: Billing...let's just say you want to check out at the front desk to make sure it's correct. There were some charges we were not aware of that needed attention. I feel like fine print is not on your bill or never mentioned. We had to dispute some things that took forever to correct!. Maybe return but in no rush.

The hotel is well staffed with someone always available to greet you and take care of any questions. We arrived before check in and they were already able to get us into a room which was such a win after an early morning flight down. The rooms are amazing with a separate sitting area and bedroom area. The wall between has a swivel tv stand, so you can spin it a full 180 around to watch in bed. The bathroom has a huge shower with easy entry and a bench in the back. We didn't use much of the kitchenette, but a full fridge, countertop stove, dishwasher, and microwave would make this a great place to stay! The breakfast is included with lots of hot foods and plenty of pastries and fruit. Unfortunately for our stay, they were having maintenance issues with the close elevator broken down and a horrid smell coming from the hallway in between. The biggest perk though is the proximity to Dania Point. We walked over a few times to enjoy the local restaurants and shopping!

There were some major hits and misses with this hotel though. Here's what I loved: -The amenities: they have free airport shuttle, WiFi, a swimming pool, laundry room, full size refrigerators. -The bar- it's always nice being able to grab a drink in your hotel! The bartender was chatty. He made good drinks and provided great conversations! -The room layout: spacious and accommodating! Perfect for families or people traveling for extended stays! While there is no stove or oven you can get a lot dine with the convection microwave that they have. -Free Breakfast- complimentary breakfast includes a breakfast buffet that has fruit, yogurt, eggs, toast/bagels, and a protein. (The protein is usually a pork option, flagging for those with dietary restrictions!) Here's what needed to be better: -our bedding had yellow stains on them. We took them down to the lobby and when we exchanged them the next two sets we were given also had yellow stains! This is a problem that management needs to look into. No guest should sleep on yellow sheets! -The pool was pretty dirty. There were cigarette buts and other debris floating in the pool. It's peak travel season. The hotel should do a better job keeping the pool clean. -ice: there is no ice machines on site. Your fridge has an ice maker in the freezer. Overall for the convenience and price this hotel could be a good option once the hotel irons out the cleanliness issues that I outlined above.

The airport was hectic, so we kept an eye out for the SpringHill Suites shuttle van and sign and found it easily. Check-in was fast and smooth. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even provided us with a welcome bag and water thanks to our Marriott status. I also asked for a recommendation for local Caribbean food and she absolutely nailed it! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with two beds. The room was spacious with a comfortable couch, kitchenette, and desk area. It's a little dated, but honestly totally acceptable for a beach town. The beds were comfy, pillows were plush, and the AC was on point. The bathroom mirror was also fantastic for doing makeup. The hot breakfast in the morning was just what we needed before heading out, and when we realized we forgot a toothbrush they kindly provided one right away. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again because of the friendly staff, great lobby vibe, spacious rooms, and overall convenience. The only downside was the pool closing at 8pm. It would have been nice to at least sit and relax back there later in the evening.

Just call when you arrive and they will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is conveniently located in the Dania Point shopping center, and it is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and to the Sprouts grocery store. Breakfast is offered in the morning for a charge, but you get a credit towards food if you are a Hilton member with certain levels of status. Be sure to check your hotel folio. Our food credit wasn't initially applied and we had to call to get it applied for a refund after our stay. There is a cruise port shuttle that leaves at two times from the hotel. They charge $20 per person cash. This is a convenient, but time consuming option. The shuttle stops to pick up additional passengers at the Springhill Suites across the street and then will stop at every cruise ship at the port to drop off passengers. Unfortunately our cruise ship with Disney Cruise Line was the last stop. We weren't worried about being late, but we were on the shuttle for 1 hour before we were dropped off. Leave plenty of time if you choose to use the shuttle.

We attempted to go to breakfast the next morning only to be told it was available for a fee. This information was not relayed to us at check in. We were only told the hours. Other guests were looking for breakfast as well and were surprised there was a fee. The staff should do a better job of communicating. Overall, it was an average stay. The location was good. There are a lot of things in walking distance and the shuttle to the airport was good.

Fitness center was much bigger than I anticipated - and connected with Marriott, so it's the whole building sharing it. Wasn't terribly busy outside of the cardio machines in the early morning. Pool looks really nice as well - also connected to the Marriott on the same level as the fitness center. My schedule and the weather didn't cooperate, so other than it looking nice I can't say much more. Shopping is literally right in front of the hotel, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lots of choices. I didn't have a car for the week and had a lot of options, but did have to order Target delivery for some grocery and forgotten toiletries. Sweet outdoor but covered terrace on second floor, that was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet is on site but expensive, so be prepared. There is a coffee place on the first floor (in the same building as the hotel, but separate from it) if that's your style. Only real complaint: zero housekeeping for a 4 day stay, even though I requested every 2 days. Good thing I re-used the towels and was staying alone.
