Full transparency on my end. I reached out after via email in the hopes of any effort on Wink's part to find a resolution. The owner didn't follow up to meet me halfway, ask for photos, offer a phone call, absolutely nothing. Who said anything about a refund? Literally not me, ever, though that would be the customer service oriented thing to at least DISCUSS. On the contrary, I was instead told reaching out was inappropriate and that my words (my opinion) were untrue, and that I should find another salon. I can post a screenshot of that as well. How is that customer service? How is that caring about customer satisfaction? And how many people can honestly say they're comfortable with telling a tech who just spent two hours on something "Uh, yeah this look is awful for me" immediately after service? Anyone who is courteous would want to take a private moment to themselves in a comfortable space before opening a can of worms.
