I called, and they told me to come in to get them fixed. They asked me who did my nails, and I couldn't remember his name, but he happened to walk up to the desk. The staff tried to look me up on the computer but couldn't find my visit on 9/17. The nail tech and I proceeded to look for the color we used. I thought I found it, but he just brought me back to his station without finding the color match. He simply filed my nails down to nubs and put a clear coat over them. To no surprise, they started chipping a few days later, and now I am just trying to stretch it out since I paid $130 for a dip mani and pedi. I am mostly frustrated at the fact that he kept saying "it wasn't him" who did my nails. I literally said to him, "I'm not crazy. It was you." I almost followed up with "Unless you have an identical twin brother with the exact same tattoos, it was you." He was obviously annoyed the whole time. The guy even stuck his phone in my face to show me a receipt of some kind. The nail tech next to him said to me, "It couldn't have been him because the only customer he had that day was a dip mani and a pedi." I said, "Yah. I had a pedi too." Insinuating your customers are liars is bad business. And so is doing a poor job not only the first time, but the second.

Not only did I receive the wrong service - they looked AWFUL. There was large amounts of glue left under the nails. You could see the tips of my actual nail underneath the French tip polish. Multiple nails were glued at an ugly 30° angle with the pinkies being the worst. I did gather the courage to go back and complain about 30 minutes later and the original lady tried to argue with me saying they were acrylic nails and that they looked fine. A second lady (assuming it was either the owner or manager) attempted to fix them but unfortunately they were unsalvageable. They did look a bit better but ultimately they should have been removed and redone properly. As a side note, after only two days both of my thumb nails have already started to lift.
