I wanted to take the time to write this review because as I remember looking back on my wedding day what I had fond memories of as the day itself becomes so chaotic when you're the one getting married. And to this day I remember how beautiful my flowers were, Julie's kindness and how happy I was looking back at the decor and flowers! From start to finish I have nothing but praises for her and her work as a florist and also her kindness as well. I had a wedding budget that she worked with and she made my wedding floral dreams come true even with the limitations that I had. At times she also was able to help me on candles and other things to her expertise that I had no idea about and gave her best recommendations and for that I'm so so thankful. Always replied to every message, prompt and so helpful in many ways. So easy to work with. I had a vision and some specifics which she just understood, and florals looks so modern beautiful and just natural. Placement was so pretty and she added all these little touches throughout my venue that made it so pretty and elegant as well. Her ikebanas and floral choice for the table and bouquet were so gorgeous and she is such an expert at what she does. I loved my table layout the most and how the florals were laid out. I sent a photo of what I was requesting. I was then sent photos of what was available. I was told I would get a photo of the flowers, before it was delivered. WHAT I GOT; -several white hydrangea 'filler flowers' with some of the requested flowers -I got a text from our Granddaughter asking if we had sent her flowers. There was a card signed by 'Mom' (which confused her mother and no one knew who the flowers were from). When I got the text of the BOUQUET photo, I asked about the flowers that were previously shown to me a day and a half prior. I was impatiently told they were too old and the bouquet was already on the truck for delivery! It was clear that it was a 'done' sale. For important occasions (as in a 21st birthday) you only get ONE CHANCE to make it special. . . I do not recommend this business for Phone orders.

I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. I don't usually like to leave bad reviews at all but this was really unfortunate. I understand what it's like to have a bad day, but this employee was very rude and wouldn't even let me finish my sentences. :( I've shopped for flowers here before for 2 different weddings and am very familiar with the process. I called to simply see if a vendor sold leis and he replied "it's not a day of thing" (not knowing my event isn't for another month), I know this and understand that, but he didn't give me a chance to place an order and was very unhelpful. He was acting as though everything was very obvious and that my questions were stupid and a waste of his time. I was really dissapointed with this experience and will not be back. :(
