Such was the case yesterday, when I needed not one, but two special arrangements to celebrate some accomplishments for co-workers. Yelp's always been super handy in situations like this, allowing me to do a regional search that includes features like "open now", and "same-day delivery", but let's face it--you're really putting your trust in the florist, and it's a roll of the dice. The good news is, Carolina, the shop's owner, answered the phone, and my anxiety immediately faded. She was very friendly, helpful, and reassuring. The arrangements showed up earlier than expected, and both recipients were blown away by the results.

This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. I am a landscape designer and was a florist in my life and I brought some specific expectations. Eddie and Monica went over the top with my vision. I had a photo of what my family wanted and they nailed it! There was exquisite creative selection of very fresh flowers and greens. The delivery was flawless and the guests raved about the flowers.
