There should not be two sets of 8 batteries (16 in total) go bad, in less than 3 years. Now that I am past the magical two-year warranty, the most recent installations are not covered in any way. I do not understand how a battery that you sell with a two year warranty, keep replacing them, and if it then fails on the 23rd month, the new battery installed only has a one-month warranty? While following the charging recommendations from the dealer, I ONLY have 300 hours and 2055 miles on the cart. As a disabled veteran, it is only used to ferry my dog back and forth to the neighborhood dog park. It is not driven fast or tweaked past 19 mph (25 or higher like others). When I called the not so customer service, the guy only became condescending, telling me to re-read the warranty, and that cars are not the same as golf carts. There must be some underlying reason why so many AGM batteries are continuing to go bad. When I paid for the expensive upgrade to AGM, they were touted as better and longer lasting that lead-acid, especially when I described how I use a golf cart. However, the underlying issue of why the AGMs keep going bad was only skipped over to tell me to now upgrade to lithium.
