Found out about this place only after a disappointment from "beach vibe rentals" who had an advertisement in our room rental. We booked beach vibe online- called numerous times on arrival and no answer or response. Which worked out wonderfully for our family. Because after we searched online and a 9 minute walk away- We met Omega.... ask for him by name. Just overall a great person. The golf cart looked brand new. Omega gave us a tutorial on how to operate and set up our Bluetooth. A military discount was given- and just his overall attitude was great to deal with. These guys are the best. We were staying nearby at Aviara for a short weekend trip and wanted to explore Carlsbad. I called around multiple golf cart rental options in this area. Picked this company because they stayed open the latest. All the other places require you to bring in the golf carts back by 5:00 or 5:30 PM. On a nice spring or summer day, it stays bright till pretty late, and we wanted a place that would allow you to rent till closer to dinner time. Another place said they close at six but they make you bring the carts back by 5:30 PM. This place closes at six and you can return it at six. Some of the other places also require two hour minimum. This place is a little more flexible. You can rent for an hour if you want or all day. Also, the service here is great. They gave very good directions and advice regarding where to ride and how to best enjoy the experience. Excellent carts. They have 4 person cart and 6 person cart options. At the time we rented, they were out of the four person carts (which are cheaper) so the guy offered to give us the six person cart for the price of the four person cart. Would definitely rent from here again the next time we return. read more
