She had docs to study prior to serve and guaranteed her work. 1st attempt- she asked respondent (restraining order to be served) the wrong identification when she approached. She came to his home and knocked and knocked. And knocked announcing herself. His vehicle was outside the complex. He of course evaded as he'd done via Sheriff attempts prior to hiring Judith. She then asked my neighbor if she had seen him. It became disruptive. She eventually gave up knocking (at my request) and left documents at his door. She was unaware if she could provide "proof of service" I desperately needed to provide judge. I went to court again. Judge asked for this form "200" that I could not provide. Judge dismissed case. I am now harassed in my home and stalked at my work unprotected. Oh- according to courthouse self help center- she could have proved me to form. It was a legitimate serve.
