I consider Legacy Family the best one I've been to and have been with them for several years and plan on remaining here. I totally forget the days I scheduled my appointments for, but I always get an email from Legacy Family reminding me of my appointment and to confirm if I'm still happy with the day and time. All of the staff here is pleasant and nice to talk to. Every time I go, I'm seen by a different Dental Hygienist, and they've all been great. My most recent Hygienist went over what she's doing and even asked if I knew what the numbers mean when she was checking out my mouth. I knew it had something to do with gums, but not exactly sure. Turns out they're measuring how deep the gum pockets are and that anything between 1 and 3 means your gums are healthy, and anything over is something to watch and prevent from getting worse. I was really glad she explained what that was, because I always wondered if the numbers they were recording were good or bad! I legit look forward to coming in and getting my teeth checked & cleaned. The office is really clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Equipment is up to date as far as I can tell. So no caveman technology here and everything is accurate.

He is great at making a game plan for your teeth as in what is priority versus cosmetic needs. He has been great working with my insurance over the years. I have had about everything you can think of done on my teeth and have been through many dentists and I still think Dr. Safa is the best. Dr. Alessi is another dentist at the practice and he is fantastic and I trust him and his opinion as well. Don't be completely alarmed that the price seems high. After the work is done and my claim is submitted, after a month I will typically have a positive balance on my account so maybe they estimate higher. I didn't understand the process at first but basically they will give you an estimate of what the insurance will cover, you pay, and wait for the insurance to go through and you may have a positive balance afterwards that you can either send back to your card or keep for future use. (Knowing this process helps) For dentist anxiety: this is the first practice I have went to that has calmed me down. I also ask for laughing gas and it's worth the $50 or whatever for it because it chills me out. Tell Dr. Safa your anxiety concerns and he will help you. They also have a care package that has a weighted blanket and other amenities for extreme anxiety. All in all, I love this office and will continue going as long as they keep up everything to my higher standard.

I was given no other billing information at the initial call, so I paid it assuming that was the consultation cost, since it was similar to dentists in the surrounding area. Once I got there, I was told it would be an additional $49. After telling them I had insurance, they said it would bill it and to not worry about a payment. The receptionist was very rude and kept telling me that she would handle it and to calm down when I asked questions. During the appointment, they ran tests that were not common in my other consultations (gum sensitivity, x-rays) but I was told it was normal in a consultation. Since then in February, I have received a bill for $69.70 but the website says there is no bill due on my account. When I called them, they said they booked me for a comprehensive oral exam, which is not what I asked for. When I told them it will be better to make that clear to future patients, they ignored me and asked me if I want to pay it on the phone. This whole process, I felt gaslit about what I was told before and had no clear and consistent answers. The dentist was very kind but his staff was not. This was a very bad experience compared to all my other lovely dentist experiences at surrounding offices. While this is not a lot of money ($25, $49, $69), the lack of clarity and honesty showed me not to recommend this place to anyone.

Dublin Dental Care puts their patients first from start to finish. They care so much about you they get to know you when you arrive and offer you their "menu" of services. I choose a pillow, water and chap stick for my services. Since I am very detail oriented person, I wanted my hygienist to explain every they were doing in detail and they did just that on my first visit. I appreciated the great customer service and respect they gave me as a patient. They basically treat you like family here. I was nervous because I know I grind my teeth a lot from stress and at night and my previous dentist always said put on your nightguard Tammy. This dentist was very respectful and gave me an option wear your nightguard or don't. I know wearing the nightguard can protect my teeth from the grinding issue and understand the benefits of it. Dr. Pagniano was very professional and genuinely cares about all his patients I can tell. I was not happy with the previous outcome because my midlines were not aligned, there were big gaps between molars and bites were off but I was told that I was just being a perfectionist and that was the best result I could get. I didn't believe him so I decided to get a second opinion. After Dr.Gu checked my teeth, he validated my concerns and came up with a plan to fix all three issues. He was able to utilize Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADS) which most American orthodontists don't know or are afraid to do. Throughout the treatment, he was so patient and professional. He always explained to me what's happening and made sure to answer my questions and solve any issues immediately. There were times when I called the office to ask questions and he would reach out to me himself which I have never experienced from any doctors since I came to the state. Solid Yelp reviews, super friendly when scheduling and I had no issues with my appointment. They even called and offered sooner dates when they were available. This was already a hundred times better than the few dental offices I worked with closer to home. Heck, before I even arrived I was already pleasantly surprised. Next, the office is absolutely beautiful. I loved the giant saltwater fish tank in the lobby and the jams they had playing were my favorite. I hadn't even opened my mouth yet and I was happy. My dental hygienist was super sweet, attentive, and informative. I especially liked how she walked me through my xrays tooth by tooth. I've never felt so informed. They had televisions to watch during cleanings but I opted for my favorite crime podcast and popped in my headphones. After my cleaning, we discussed my concerns and set a few plans in place to get what I want. My parents spent a lot of money on my smile when I was younger and I want to make sure to keep up with it.
