I got a second opinion from another dentist, who said my teeth were perfect. Well, I got the fillings anyways just to be safe (over $600 after insurance) Six months later, on my next visit, they had another dentist look at my teeth, and this time she said I needed 6 more fillings!! Again I got a second opinion, and once again, they said I have no cavities! I should have noticed the red flags when they tried to sell me everything right away, from wisdom tooth removal (mine are completely perfect from enamel to bone) to special toothpastes to mouth guards (I told them repeatedly I have one already). Avoid these guys they act like a shady mechanic trying to sell repairs that you don't need

He persistently checks in with me to assure there's no discomfort while he is working. I've been coming for regular cleanings for 2 years (just had my 4th) and have had 5 crowns that were absolutely necessary. Young and ready to take care of any of your dental needs with "NO PRESSURE" what so ever!! Went in for a cleaning luckily everything looked good!! Dr Cook along with his staff are so laid back and very personable and make you feel very comfortable. You feel like you're in good hands. They Quoted me a price and I accepted,but when I came back for my next appointment the price went up 5 grand it took them five days to figure out what they did wrong with the billing.Then they were upset when I didn't want to follow through with the work.If you are having extractions done look closely at the billing they will charge you for surgical extractions when they are unnecessary just so they can bill more money.Not Recommended!

In my hindsight, they ran the estimate for treatment with a 2020 date so it came back that our benefits for the 2020 year were depleted so our out of pocket was higher. The surgery was not scheduled until 2021 though, so they ended up collecting almost double the amount from us that they needed to. The insurance company paid them on 1/18/21 and I have been trying to get a final bill out of them since. I have reached out to them three times now. Rebecca states that she is "far behind" because she keeps getting pulled to the front. She has not processed payments that are now over a month old and can give me no idea when she can do so. Conveniently for them delay is in their favor as they are holding several hundred dollars of our money hostage. I have a feeling if we owed them money, they would be in a bigger hurry to send the bill. It is unfortunate that in a time that so many households are struggling due to Covid, that this office can't put some effort into getting their act together. Beware.

I had other concerns that she addressed in depth and presented me with a way to combine three treatments in one. The doctor's clever way to address my concerns also saved me thousands. The dental hygienists and front staff were very friendly as well. I wish I had found this practice when I moved back to Ohio 4 years ago.

I went in for a molar with pain and heat / cold sensitivity. The dentist said a placing a crown…read moreover that tooth would fix it. I asked why he wasn't going to do a root canal first. He said it would be fine. After selling me, and fitting me with the crown I had terrible pain with the temporary crown. Long story short they convinced me the new crown would fix it which it did not. I had to go to an Endodontist to get a root canal done through the $2000 crown and spend another $1800 for the root canal. Then another $250 to get the crown filling. I've lost trust in this provider and the manager was not willing to listen to my concerns and acted like this was normal business.
