I believe that this dealer took advantage of my mother by selling her a car that was *at least* $3,000 over the asking price of the same car (with fewer miles!) at other local dealers. Then they had the audacity to give her a 13.44% interest rate even though she has a Prime credit score. Unbelievable! read more

Unexpectedly, after being told we would not receive any sort of refund- we received a partial refund check in the mail. It would have been nice to have better communication through out the entire process but wanted to provide that update. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR PATIENTS WITH THESE PEOPLE! UNTRUSTWORTHY AND COWARLY - ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN. The old addage of car companies taking advantage of a woman is a way of business with these people. STEER CLEAR! While my wife's car was at the Encore dodge dealership having a repair to the wiring made someone ran something into the driver's side. When my wife picked it up she found a dent about the diameter of your thumb on the driver door just under the mirror and several scratches also on the door along with broken glass on the ground by the car. Before leaving she pointed it out to the service manager, they agreed to have it fixed and gave us a contact to call for the body repair. I also had them sign the service receipt confirming the damage.   The body repair guy gave us nothing but the run-a- round for over a week. Last Friday she reported her windshield washer wasn't working, I raised the hood too check it and found that the hood was catching on the front quarter panel and the washer tube was broken, The front quarter panel doesn't have any marks nor damage on it but it is pushed in about a ¼" making contact with the hood and has rubbed the paint off where the two meet. Looking down the side of the car you can see the obvious misalignment.   I sent photos and called Encore and spoke with Ron K, the service manager, he assured me that they would get it taken care of if we would bring the car by there again for them to look at. I scheduled for today to take the car but I couldn't go, my wife took the car for them to inspect and they gave her nothing but the run-a-round again. They claim the car has been wrecked and that the front clip is painted different than the rest of the car. So I called Ron and he tried to give me the same line of bull but I called him on it and assured him the car has never been wrecked. He told me that out of courtesy they would fix the dent in the door but were under no obligation to repair any of the other problems. His reason being that he said his tech didn't cause any of the damage and they are not responsible for damage to the vehicle while it is on their property and he kept circling back to the car being wrecked previously. His proof that the car has been wrecked is swirl marks in the paint, unfortunately I caused the swirl marks when trying my hand at waxing the car. I explained that had the paint been knocked off for any length of time rust would have already sat in but he was only being unreasonable and going between "not responsible for any damages " and "all caused from previous damage." I used the word "cowardly" because the service manager, Ron, when talking to my wife would not come out and say that he wasn't going to be responsible for the damage to our vehicle, he would say things like, "we'll do what we can to get you fixed up" and "we will take care of any reasonable damage" what he wanted was for my wife to give his recommended repair person permission to make repairs to our car and then he would only pay for the dent that we had them sign off on as responsible but when I noticed his play on words I asked him plainly and he got extremely defensive and said he would end the conversation if my tone didn't change. He then admittedly said he was only going to fix the dent because opening the hood didn't cause any damage and he didn't know how the vehicle was damaged, I agree with both of those statements but he needs to understand that my vehicle was not in that condition when I dropped it off to them. I'm handing the repair over to my insurance company and if necessary an attorney, I will not allow them to bully me as he tried to do to my wife. As far as the service, it was mediocre at best, and the lady , Brandi that was our contact, rude one day and nice the next. The tech spent the first hour of troubleshooting to take pictures of the wiring I installed for and aftermarket horn and fog lights that he claimed could have been my problem but they were installed over a year before the trouble codes came up. He also sent me pictures of the OEM fuse at the battery and tried to convince me that it wasn't original wiring until I showed him the same fuse on other similar models. It cost me over $200 to convince him to look for the actual problem that turned out to be a wiring harness damaged by a squirrel chewing through it. Then as a final touch he left the battery cover off and a tail light loose. AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

The salesman called me back and said that the GM has just told them the vehicle was sold. I said, no problem and asked that he or the sales manager call me back if anything changed. One week later, 4/17/2025, I noticed the vehicle was still listed for sale. I reached out to the salesman and he said the previous deal had fallen through but that the sales manager immediately started working on a deal to sell the vehicle in house to one of his leads. The sales manager was fulling aware that I was next in line to purchase but decided not to honor his word or properly serve a consumer. Instead choosing to work up a special inside deal for an employee. Very dishonest dealership, sleezy and unethical. Do business elsewhere!! read more

I'm not very happy with the service from Encore at all. First I dropped it off on a Monday and didn't hear anything till Wednesday when I called. Which took about 4-5 hours to get in touch with someone. I was told someone would call me back to which that never happened. I had to keep calling. Then I was told that the problem wasn't covered under warranty and that I needed a parking brake switch which might I add is a $11.30 part from mopar. Total price to get my vehicle would be $647. That's the diagnostic, tire rotation(which was not asked for), an oil change(which was not asked for) and to replace the parking brake switch. I told Ron Reed that I wasn't paying for the rotation or the oil change because I didn't ask for that, he tried to tell me that I did ask for it when I dropped it off. I was told that the part would be in Thursday morning and my vehicle would be ready for pick up that day. Didn't hear from dealership so I decided to call around 1pm and surprising I was told someone would call me back within the hour. That didn't happen so I called back, to find out that my service advisor was off that day. The lady that called me back told me the part did come as expected but wouldn't be ready till Friday because the tech hasn't got to my vehicle yet. I told her that I was picking my vehicle up today that they could put it all back together and I was on my way. I asked what the price was that I owed and she started stating the price for the oil change etc, I stopped her there and told her that I didn't approve any oil change and that I already told Mr. Reed that I wasn't paying for any oil change. When I picked up my wrangler I seen where there were charging me $20 for the part which again is $11.30from Mopar. Also charging 2.3 hours of labor. The part is under the center console which can be moved in less than 15 minutes. One bolt holds the switch on so maybe 10 minutes and then 15 minutes to put the console back in place. So a total of 40 minutes at the max, but was told labor would be 2.3 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. Over $300 to change a $11.51 part. Not sure Encore will ever get any kind of business from my family again. read more

The finance office also was having trouble with the paperwork and said "i've only been here two weeks, you'll receive the paperwork to register your vehicle in the mail". I returned to the dealership a week later and they stated they'd ordered the window and encouraged me to fill out the survey and offered me a free tank of gas and asked to put in the survey that the vehicle was in perfect condition when I purchased it. In November I received a voicemail that "I'm the only one working in this area so the window order was just now placed". I received a call in December to set up a time to have the window replaced. I explained to the caller that I have a busy work schedule and asked for upcoming available appointments so I could work that out and was told "i'll call you back". No one called me back. I get a voicemail at the first of the year basically stating "you need to come deal with the window so I can close this ticket" and I immediately returned the call and got voicemail and never received a call back. None of the employees that worked there when I purchased my vehicle are still employed there because they quit. It's really disappointing and I would recommend if you're looking for a dealership with continuing efficiency and great customer service, that you look elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a custom build rubicon on 1/17/22 and was told I'd get updates every Friday on the status. They never once reached out with an update unless I requested one, and even then it was about 1% of the time that they would respond. I then requested an update from Jeep who stated my jeep arrived at the dealership on 2/15/22. Sure enough, a photo was posted of my build and it's owners on 2/18/22. The dealership called me a month later to inform me that my jeep was sold to someone else for more Money than the original invoice price. What an absolutely terrible experience this has been. Worst customer service and total lack of communication - take some responsibility instead of pointing fingers and do better. Edited to add: the sales guy literally told me on March 5th that my jeep order was still "in transit" when y'all had sold it weeks prior. "We don't know how this happened" -- me neither, considering the vin number was attached to me, jeep was able to pull up the order with the VIN, and provide me tracking all the way up to delivery - Oh and all the way to the resale to the other customer. So you're telling me that you had no idea the vin number belonged to me? I don't buy it. Chrysler didn't buy it either. Do better. This service is complete trash. They will tell you anything to get you to let them do the service then never come close to meeting the time they quoted you. Jeep has been there for 10 days for a valve job. Promised to have it ready by Tuesday, no communication from them to let me know they were behind, we call about picking the Jeep up and only then did they inform us they were behind schedule promised the jeep COB Wednesday called Wednesday afternoon, nope by noon on Thursday, noon on Thursday nope by the end of the day. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in August 2024. Everything was fine until we decided to cancel the service contract we had purchased. Numerous phone calls were made to the dealership without an answer. When someone did answer, we were given the run around. People wouldnt return our phone calls, even the General Manager, Tim, wouldnt return our call. He was heard saying in the background on one phone call to dealership, "I am busy but I am going to take care of the cancellation." When I was finally told the cancellation had been done, I ask for a copy of the paperwork. I was told I could be sent a "screen shot" of it by someone named Fred. Seven weeks later, we still dont have a canceled contract. I finally discovered a phone number on the original paperwork of the company that handled service contract and have contacted them. This dealership seemed at first super great but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. As long as you are buying, everything is good BUT let there be an issue or just want to talk to someone, you are up the creek without a paddle. He ended up wanting it as well. Okay fine. Horrible customer service! They will jump through hoops to sell you a vehicle, but once you purchase a vehicle, they will ghost you. I have sent messages to them and all I get is an automated response saying that someone will contact me. They never do. Each time I have been to the dealership, there are people standing or sitting around. They are not busy. If you decide to purchase from them, my advice is to ask a lot of questions or go somewhere else. They are not going to give information freely and they will not fully explain information that they should be explaining. All in all it was just a bad experience. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Scam artists. Long story short, salesman only sent me a partial carfax and failed to mention a more serious accident on record. It wasn't until I sent my VIN to another dealer that this was found out. Additionally, and literally coming off the lot, the Idler pulley had to be replaced, the back windshield wiper motor had to be replaced and they hadn't even changed the oil... oh, and it took over 3 months to get my tag from them and the temporary tagss they sent each time usually arrived late to the point where they were almost expired (one time resulting me in getting pulled over!). "Ironically", the salesman that sold me the car was also fired a week after I bought my vehicle. When trying to resolve this issue with their upper management, I simply got a "you signed it, sorry." Will not respond to emails or calls anymore either and obviously refuse to do anything about this. Will be reporting the BBB as well. Do yourself a favor and SATY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE. read more

Please dear Heavenly Father, don't go here for your service. I caught a 20.00 deal thinking, "I'll give them a shot". Ok I have a Nissan Titan but two weeks later I was changing out a wheel bearing in my garage and found they left off the skid plate. Today I changed the oil myself as I love to do every couple oil changes to see what may be rubbing/wearing, and much to my surprise the oil filter has been leaking for some time. Perhaps wrong size/not tight enough. However I noticed I was running low on oil when periodically checking dip stick, but I never in my wildest imagination would've chalked it up to poor service. When I reported my missing skid plate the service intake specialist said he would check camera footage for that day and get back in touch with me, that was on Oct 23rd...never heard back (today is Nov 29). Don't take your baby and means of transportation to this dealership if you want it to run for a long time!!!!! lol read more

We went to look at a Malibu with Bryan and had an appointment at 1:30. First, he was late after telling us the appointment time. Second, he smelled like weed and could barley keep his eyes open. Bought a brand new vehicle from them and had to bring it back to the shop the next day(Friday) due to ac issues having to leave it there... they "finished" it Monday afternoon I picked it up went home and didn't drive it until the next day. Next day comes I was running some errands and that ac issue starts again. It's June in Mobile,AL it's hotter than fish grease! I need my damn AC in that brand new 2023 ram I just bought! My husband and I literally asked to trade it for different truck and no one would acknowledge our request. Fast forward I brought it to them the next day they added some freon and sent me on my way because the part they're supposed to replace the first time didn't get replaced and had to order it. They did "fix" the problem the following day but it seems like the ac has a delay when turning it on. Having own this truck for a month now I'm developing more and more problems. We also has a small dent on the passenger's side door and our salesman Stephen said he would get someone to fixed it next week... it's been a month we'll see when that get fixed .Called just about everyone I can think of to resolve these issue but these managers act like they don't give a damn once they sell you a pos. read more

I set up an appointment to see the Grand Wagoneer. When I arrived, they only had one, and it was on the showroom floor. I was approached by a young salesman (never told me his name). I asked if I could look at the vehicle. He said, "sure, it's unlocked, but you can't test drive it because it's inside the building." I then asked if he had the key. He said, "No, it's locked in the general manager's office." So I can't look at it while it's on? I started to walk out, but my husband was talking to another salesman who did go get the key. Unfortunately, I was not able to look at it because the vehicle does not allow the infotainment system to stay on in auxiliary mode. Plus, the dealership placed a $5000 greed markup on the sticker, which I know is common practice, but it's greedy and wrong. The dealership we just bought our Power Wagon from refused to participate in this despicable practice. Sadly, we were traveling, and that dealership is now 8 hours away. Do not purchase a new car from there. The price of the vehicle I purchased was 55,840. Even online it was that price. I even said "if I purchase this today this is my purchase price". I end up buying the car. Getting home looking over my paperwork and realized they actually charged me 61,599 as the purchase price. I called the next day and asked why it changed by 6k and they said the car was never 55k, it was 57k and that it went up to 61k (before taxes and regular fees) and that hidden dealer fees that aren't even on my receipt at all is what made it go up. Stopped by this dealership on my way home from Tenn. I had a knocking under the hood and I just knew this was going to be expensive. After a quick diagnose they said something just came loose and what I thought was going to be a nightmare and a night in a hotel turned out to be nothing and the bill was only $30 bucks.
