I like that they offer three price tiers with slight variations on each design. For a birthday, I went with the top tier, which came to $167 with delivery. It was pricey, but I felt like it was easily worth it. The colors popped. It was a dense and varied arrangement. And it comes with a very sturdy and heavy vase that will easily get re-use. Bonus points for pain-free delivery. I ordered on their website the night before, and around 11:00 the next morning, they arrived at my door almost an hour ahead of schedule. We had the photo areas to ourselves thankfully because there wouldn't be a lot of space for larger groups. The heart shaped photo area has spotlights on the ceiling and they provide a tripod. The tripod wasn't the best, I'd recommend bringing your own. You had to strategically set up the tripod so you only capture the set up and not the ceiling or other parts of the suite. I feel like 1hr and 30 mins would've been perfect. The 1 hr session booked was $125. Was it worth it? I think so. If they had a different sets I might go. We don't have access to the luxebloom bar, but from what I could see it looked really nice downstairs. It would be a cute girly date hangout in the spring. Even great for Mother's Day. Overall, it was a nice and I think I'll be back for the luxebloom bar at some point. There's not a ton of parking in the front or back of building so if you're going for an event make sure to get there early. There's one restroom that folks can use. No elevator to 2nd floor so if you're in a wheelchair this isn't a ADA compliant kinda spot for you.

The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point. Will definitely be looking forward to renting with them in the future. The communication issue i had previously was addressed and they seem to fixed that.
