He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He would be the first I'd reach out to if I needed window replacement (but hopefully not).

Close your eyes and point. We closed our eyes and pointed about 5 times, and got quotes from each. Action Auto Glass came in with the lowest price. For the most part, glass is glass, so the lowest price wins in my book. They come to your car wherever it may be, glass was installed in about 1 1/2 hours. They did a good job.

And yup, my window just got smashed (gotta love that city living, huh?!?... Second time in 3 months my car has been broken into... 2 GPS's later, I am opting for a handheld unit). So, I called them on Tuesday, and they were able to come both that day and the next. They are reliable and friendly- I actually hung out with them the whole time they fixed my car. Plus, and unlike a huge corporation, they are a small business so I always like to support that sort of thing. Sorry if your car or glass got broken (they specialize in chipped windshields as well), but I assure that they will do a good job at a decent price.
