Just brought my truck in for a WINDOW it make no sense that the WIRING in my truck was touched when I'm getting a windshield fixed. I call and asked if they can correct their mistake because before ALL of my turn signals worked now NONE work but when I press my brakes my run signal come on now.....Right makes no sense to me either. I was very chill about it till one of the guys transfer me and then I'm told that this isn't their problem because I can't prove it was their work.....if it worked before I came in and when I leave it doesn't work..... I'm no genius but maybe the problem came from the last place it was.( in your hands). Paying close to 500 to have a windshield then leave with more issues is f****g crazy. I wouldn't recommend this scam at all. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED OR SERVICED HERE!. As shown in the photos, they caused serious damage and left my car in worse condition than before. What's even more unacceptable is that they dismissed my concerns simply because the car is older and already had some scratches and dents, using that as an excuse to avoid responsibility for the damage they caused. I went to have my old driver's side regulator replaced with a brand new one in the original packaging that I'd had in storage. When the manager asked if it had the motor I said I didn't remember, I hadn't looked at it since I put it/them in storage years ago. He brought an installer out to the car, they pulled one regulator halfway out of the box which I told him was the passenger side...he ignored me and said it was the wrong one for my car period because of some lame pins vs bolts comment. The manager quoted $100 for diagnostic which would be applied to the ¿¿¿$375??? for installation??? I get you may not need MY business but every business wants good reviews and I wouldn't recommend my friends, family or total strangers go to that location. Your installer is an idiot, wrong and bad for your business and your reputation. I may have looked like a stupid female and my car a hunk of junk and not worth your time but I "modded" this myself and you're not a reputable service provider. I have met some amazing people on the journey to Mustang Week 2022 :-/ and you're in the NEGATIVE column along with a Stockbridge tire store and a Fayetteville mechanic. Honesty, integrity and customer service DO MATTER. I drove straight to Summit Racing where they pulled up the parts by sku even though i told them i wadnt sure i bought them there and never asked for a receipt. The customer service manager said I do so much business there, we'll make it right and were prepared to take them back after FIVE YEARS!!! Except they didn't have to...the sku was correct for my vehicle. Another customer heard my plight gave me his card....opened his shop for me ON A SUNDAY...humbly charged me $50 for 20 minutes work and I gave him a $50 gratuity that he thought was my change...but I drove off before he could give it back. read more

Wow. My car was broken into last night, and I was referred here by someone in my complex. Not only did they help me swiftly, vacuum out my car, guarantee the lowest price, order the correct parts of my car... I was told I could leave my car overnight, because I would be very anxious leaving my car with 2 open windows outside in the rain (since they couldn't get the part until the next day). So I needed to get an Uber home from this place to get back home so I could work. My phone wasn't loading to get an Uber home for some reason and I was sitting there for like 10 minutes. In my frustrating waiting, one of their employees PAID for my Uber to get me home safely. I'm sitting in the Uber in awe of the act of kindness from this place. I asked for his Venmo to pay him back-- he said no. If my car windows ever get smashed again, I am happily going to pay this place to fix it. Had a driver window replace window was working fine motor was working fine and it stopped I came back and they told me that the motor needed to be replaced and additional $175 on top of the $235 that I had just spent not good customer service. I'm sitting in the car at this time writing a review and no one is attempting to talk to me to explain to me how my motor all of a sudden just went out when the worker is explaining that taking out the shadow glass glass might have gotten in there would stop the motor for working but they want to say that it's not their fault and to replace the motor is $175. The service was awful. They were using my battery charger in my car to charge the equipment needed to fix my windshield, which was a chip from a rock. They pulled another car behind mine to fix a window and when they told me my car was ready the guy fixing the window told me I had to wait until he was done fixing the car behind mine, I had to go and get someone to tell him to move the car. The chip was not fixed correctly. I tried to save money but I would NEVER use this company again. I should have gone to safelite and paid the extra money. Lesson learned !!! Last Sunday my car was a crime scene. Someone shot three bullets through my car. I had originally made an appointment with safelite a week in advance for saturday. My windshield had a bullet through it, as did both front windows and my drivers side mirror. The day of my appointment safelite told me they couldn't fix my windows until the Thursday. At this point I had been without a car for a week since my broken windshield meant I couldn't legally drive it. I called AAA in a panic and they referred me to low price auto glass. I got my car towed to the shop and not only were my windows replaced in just over an hour, but I was under the impression that the door needed to be replaced and they told me it was just the glass and door trim which saved me a ton of time and money in repair costs. Went to get my windshield replaced. The gentlemen in the office were very polite and helpful. The technicians asked me to pull my car in to get started. Once they were done, I went back to my car and asked them if they put the tag for my remote start back on my windshield. He told me he didn't know there was one on there and that I should have told him before they took it off. He also told me to take it back to where I got it installed (at my expense, of course) and they would fix it. As the expert in windshields, he should have looked and/or asked about any tags/decals BEFORE ripping off the windshield. Now I have an inoperable remote start but a new windshield. I would NOT recommend this business due to the technicians' lack of knowledge regarding their specialty- WINDSHIELDS. Would have rated 0 stars if possible. Hope this helps! read more
