It's not a crazy complicated car.  The right passenger speaker sounded awful, like it had been installed against the metal, but the rest were fine. I planned to take it back in, but after a trip a few days later, I noticed **neither of the passenger side doors had their lock cables attached**, which meant no one could open their doors from the inside. It could have killed someone if we'd been in an accident. I took it to the Fiesta location which is closer, told them both doors weren't attached. When I picked it up I noticed later they'd only done the back door, despite me explicitly saying multiple times and watching Geo write down that it was both doors. I had to take it back AGAIN to get it fixed. Later, after a 12 hour trip where we could barely listen to any music because the PS speaker was so bad, I took it in again and they said it was grounding out on the wires against the metal of the door. They installed some sound dampeners and said it was fixed, even though none of the other speakers needed it. It still didn't sound great, but it was better than it was. Then, to my ABSOLUTE MIND-BLOWING SURPRISE, when my passenger tried to get out a few days later, I found out they hadn't attached the handle AGAIN after they'd put in the dampeners. I brought it back and when it was ready for pick up Geo walked around testing the doors from the outside to show it was all fine. I leaned over and tested just the passenger door from the inside- the one I had told them was broken- and would you possibly believe it? It STILL HADN'T BEEN FIXED. He said repeatedly that he thought it was the back doors, which I had told him in person and on the phone that it was the door on the front passenger speaker that they had JUST worked on a few days ago. His installer came out and said he hadn't properly put it in the clip. For what, the fourth time?? Afterwards I asked Geo if they could refund some ($150) of the original $580 I'd spent on these four speakers because I'd spent dozens on Ubers and hours of time off work over the course of four months driving back and forth to pick up and drop off this car due to their incompetence. He told me and he'd have to talk to his boss to see if they'd "change all the rules for me to get a refund "because I'd had a "little problem" with them when they'd never done that for anyone else before. Are you serious? He also kept saying "Michael Dell brings all of this cars there", like that absolves them of the deficiencies that I've had to deal with every time I bring mine in. If Michael Dell brings his cars to one of the cheapest, worst rated audio shop in town then he's an idiot. Geo got ruder and ruder as I kept trying to explain how frustrating this situation was without accepting any responsibility for the waste of money and time this has caused and said that it seems like I was just there to start an argument. No dude, I just wanted my speakers replaced and to never, ever come here again. At this point, I've probably been back and forth to custom sounds ten times to have them fix issues that NEVER should have happened in the first place but at least should have been fixed ONCE by any member of this store using any reading comprehension or intelligence at all. Before I left Geo said they were the "top store in Austin" which blows my mind cause not a single one of the times I've been here have I experienced a single, minuscule shred of competency. A month after I left from the last door lock fix/sound dampener/whatever they did to this car, the speaker on that side now sounds ***even worse*** and ground out than it ever did during any of this fiasco. I'm going to have to find and pay another shop to fix it cause I'll be damned if I ever go back to this store. Avoid at all costs unless you're "Michael Dell".

I bought a vintage truck online from a reputable seller on a popular auction site. The truck ended up being not what was described and the seller enlisted ATX Autosport (local to me) to repair it. The list of items wrong was long and quite ambiguous. It ranged from "vibration under acceleration" to a massive fuel leak to a failing spark plug wire design and many items in between. I was in an interesting position, as the owner of a vehicle but not the client paying for it. I outlined all of the issues and Jason understood that I was looking to have a vehicle that was safe to drive my family around town in. With each step of repair, it required Jason to spend some time driving the vehicle to see what was fixed and what needed further attention. By no means was this a straightforward repair. It took a few months to complete all of the work. Through each step of the way, Jason provided updates that I would consider far above expectations. I felt like he didn't need to do this level of detail on his updates but it proved to me how well my truck was being cared for. Ultimately, the end of our relationship included a less than smooth vehicle transport to my new home, out of state. We had some hiccups getting the right carrier to move it and, again, Jason made it happen. He took extra time to make sure the vehicle was treated right and properly shipped out to me. I am very grateful for him and his team. In this new world of cutting corners and finding ways to pad your bottom line, I'm thankful to find people like Jason @ ATX Autosport. I recommend them, without any hesitation.

Their philosophy of working on cars like it's their own resonated throughout the entire time my Audi A5 was in their hands. I brought in my Audi A5 to get spacers installed and to investigate a strange road noise. Joe and Jason were extremely thorough with the diagnosis of the road noise. They attached wireless stethoscopes to each wheel to pinpoint exactly where the noise was coming from. Turns out I had some bad wheel bearings, and they needed to be replaced. Minus waiting on parts to be delivered, Joe and Jason finished work on my car in 2 days, documenting everything with photos and videos. Going above and beyond in communicating every single detail is what I feel sets ATX Autosport apart from the other shops in town. I knew exactly what was going on at any given moment. Jason was also kind enough to do concierge service to the dealership to get my expired inspection stickers replaced. Even if you don't need any work done, I highly suggest just stopping by the shop to look around and chat with Joe and Jason. My overall experience was extremely satisfying, and I will be taking my Audi to Joe and Jason from here on out.

When I picked the vehicle up and drove it home I went to close the door and after touching the outside of the door felt a gritty sandpaper texture over the paint. I started feeling around the vehicle and was immediately nauseated. They oversprayed bedliner on the entire vehicle. Driver front and rear door, roof, hood, fenders, headlights, fenders... everything. I immediately contacted them and left a message explaining the damages. The next day I contacted other bedliner installers, detailers, and a paint shop. All of them informed me that I was looking at a 10-12hr repair involving clay barring, scraping, buffing and polishing. They advised me not to use harsh solvents and chemicals. Other people online that had experienced issues with linex tried denatured alcohol, this did not work. I contracted the corporate linex office in NC to get help. I talked to them for a few days forwarding all photos and videos and a summary of the damage all while waiting to hear from the installer. When I finally got a call back from linex RR after 4 attempts to reach them I told them I was in touch with corporate and Marcus of RR said "well if you did that there's nothing we can do for you" and hung up. In the meantime, to save my brand new vehicle's paint, I paid $850 for a detailed to come out and work on the vehicle ALL DAY with two people and they were able to fix the exterior *mostly*. They were unable to fix the interior (window was left open during install) and now I must live with a ruined steering wheel, center console, and door card covered in gritty adhesive. Both the installer and corporate office refuse to accept damages for the issue. Learn from me and go to rhino or another retailer. They ruined my vehicle and lost a customer for life.
