It was pretty…read moreearly so it wasn't busy, but I bet this place gets crowded for karaoke, live music, and Sunday Funday specials. The vibe inside is what you might expect--rustic and cabin-like. Our server was really sweet and gave us plenty of time to catch up and browse the menu. We started with an order of cabin sticks, which are cheese filled breadsticks. Their ranch is famous apparently (you can get a giant container of it to take home), and it was pretty tasty. I liked that the cabin sticks were cut into chunks so it was easy to share with the group. Nate and I got the classic pizza, with pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, onions, black olives, and mushrooms. Our food came out quickly and the pizza was completely covered with toppings! The crust was thicker than I typically prefer, but it was needed to hold up all those toppings. The sauce wasn't too sweet and the medium size was perfect for us to have some left over for the next day. If you're craving pizza, definitely check out The Cabin!

We began with a bread board, a king crab leg for each of us, and the pork belly with sweet potato curls - was pure savory bliss. We shared the tomahawk steak with hollandaise sauce, Parmesan fries, cauliflower, asparagus and Brussels sprouts rounding out the meal. A glass of Caymus paired beautifully. They are a Harvest Host and our parking spot for the night was level, and we even spotted a few deer before turning in -- the perfect ending to a perfect evening.
