Great care & expertise! Staff was so helpful & all were knowledgeable. My issue was cleared up in the time they said it would be.

I need to say, I have NOT had good experiences with most of the places I have been to for PT.

I called on 4/1 and was told I could come on 4/3, or the week of 4/15. I chose 4/3. I spelled my name for her twice since she took it down incorrectly the first time. She called back afterwards saying she hadn't taken my name down. I reminded her I had even corrected her, and she remembered and apologized. Then I got an e-mail confirming 4/5. I called back and she said that was a mistake and I'm scheduled for 4/3. I couldn't find the place on 4/3, and called. She said I'm scheduled on 4/10, which wasn't even available when I first called. I actually never got a confirmation for either day. In each interaction I asked about paperwork she said she would send me. Of course I still haven't gotten it.

You have your Therapist's full attention, for a full hour, and more importantly, they actually care! I've made great progress, but am far from finished, and my therapist has given me ideas as well as various bands to use on an upcoming rather lengthy road trip. They reassess periodically so that you can see the progress you've made, as well as sending that information to your physician. Friendly, extremely professional. In my opinion, the best in Austin.

Both he and Light Townsend have pushed me where needed and backed off when necessary. The treatment has been first class every step along the way. They know more about rebuilding and strengthening than i could ever hope. Both the treatment i received during each visit and the take home exercise sheets are so desperately needed. I would whole hardily recommend them when seeking treatment.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Endeavor Physical Therapy South Austin to pay very…read moreclose attention to their billing and administrative practices. My experience with their office was frustrating from beginning to end. The problems started before my first appointment. My doctor's office sent my referral, and I followed up with Endeavor multiple times because they continued to say they didn't have the necessary information. Eventually, a different receptionist told me she would contact my doctor's office directly to straighten it out. Despite all of that, when I arrived for my first appointment, I was once again told they didn't have my referral. I could see in MyChart that it had been sent, and I had already spoken with multiple people at Endeavor about it. The billing problems were even worse. My Sendero insurance benefits clearly state that rehabilitative physical therapy has a $50 copayment per visit. Endeavor initially told me I was responsible for much more because I supposedly had to meet my entire out-of-pocket amount before the $50 copay would apply. I contacted Sendero twice, and both times they confirmed that my physical therapy copay was $50. I ultimately stopped going to Endeavor after five visits, in large part because dealing with the administrative and billing issues had become so frustrating. I paid Endeavor $250, covering five visits at my $50 copay, specifically to square up my account. Weeks later, Endeavor charged my credit card another $110 without contacting me first to discuss the disputed balance. My insurance documentation still clearly states "$50.00 Copayment per Visit." I am now having to dispute this additional charge with my credit card company. This isn't about the quality of the physical therapists themselves. My complaint is specifically about the way the South Austin office handled my referral, insurance benefits, account, and billing. There were repeated opportunities to get these issues corrected, and instead I spent an unreasonable amount of time making calls and trying to straighten out problems that should never have been mine to solve. Healthcare is stressful and expensive enough without patients having to repeatedly police a provider's administrative and billing practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Endeavor Physical Therapy South Austin.

I had referred my clients to him for more than 2 years because each came back with amazing comments about his process and his results. I injured my shoulder and was only able to raise my arm about 10 degrees. It prevented me from working, sleeping, and everything else one might use a shoulder or arm for. I tried everything I could think of while I was in Michigan: acupuncture, bodywork, chiropractic, cupping, PT, etc. When I returned to Austin, I called Nick and he was able to return my arm to 90% functionality in one session! He then gave me simple exercises to close the gap on the other 10%. This guy is an absolute rock star. He truly listens and then works to address the core issues, not just treat symptoms. I will continue to send clients to him and to see him myself.

I've tried several combinations of yoga, mobility work, massage therapy, and rolfing, all of which have helped to some degree but haven't gotten to the root of the problem. In just a few short weeks of treatment with Nick, I've regained muscle control and range of motion I haven't had access to for years. The best part of all is that I've learned the techniques and developed an understanding of my body that's going to help me retain these benefits moving forward. Couldn't be more grateful for the impact Nick's had on my ability to do the activities I enjoy and my overall quality of life and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a PT.
