The office lady said that they do not work on other prior orthodontic work, and then proceeded to refer me to Lakeview dentistry. I asked "does general dentistry do orthodontia?" To which she said "They might!" This woman is incompetent, and by extension makes me wonder about the orthodontist as well. Don't listen to the positive reviews, they aren't good. I called another orthodontist in Tulsa that gave me all the pricing and set my appointment, no issues.

Great reminders sent via text which is helpful. Dental assistants do a very good job overall. There seems to be a high turnover, so not a lot of consistency. With a young large staff that is understandable. However, Dr Emerson works closely with the assistants overseeing their work. Dr Emerson is very professional. He wants the best outcome for your teeth and will do what it takes to make it happen. He has a great memory and always seems to be up-to-date on my progress. I cannot speak to their insurance practices. However, I really appreciated being able to make monthly payments for my aligners. I highly recommend Emerson orthodontics!!

The office is super clean (important to me.) The staff is super super friendly. They always get me in and out...right on time. I've never sat more than 2 minutes in the waiting room.
