She isn't just a stylist; she's a hair expert and a really nice person. Right from the start, she didn't just rush me into the chair. She sat down with me, felt my hair, and honestly told me if I was a good candidate for the treatment. She took her time to explain the whole process, which made me feel totally relaxed. The whole time she was working, she was so gentle and professional. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does. She kept checking in on me and even shared little facts about what she was doing and why. It wasn't just a service, it felt like she was taking real care of me. When it was all done... I almost couldn't believe it. My hair is now perfectly straight, super smooth, and has this healthy shine I didn't even know was possible. I keep running my hands through it! The salon itself is clean, cozy, and has a really welcoming vibe. The price was totally fair for this life-changing result, and paying the bill was straightforward, no confusing stuff. I flew in from Colorado Springs to visit Ms Cece in Phoenix to get my first Ginacurl on my natural hair. This was a HUGE investment, coming in from so far away, and although I knew that she's certified to do the process, I was more impressed by the way she took the time to educate me every step of the way on the history and process of the Ginacurl, what she was doing with my hair, and making sure I was comfortable while I was there. GREAT PRACTITIONER - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SHADY CREDIT CARD HANDLING POLICIES. After 60+ years of perms and varied hair services, I learned of a new curly perm technique called the GinaCurl. I waited 2 years for a qualified beautician to become certified in this new curly perm process in Arizona. Finally, Endless Creations Salon of Chandler Arizona was listed as having a trained stylist and I immediately booked an appointment, being among her first customers. I was delighted to find Ms. CeCe, the salon's owner, and sole stylist, to be very knowledgeable on the science of hair and hair care. I admired that she was attempting to partner with a young man, presumably a relative, in salon administration and social marketing. I complimented her use of space in the cramped 1-chair salon cubical, even though her website and complicated appointment procedures would suggest an upscale multi-stylist business, which it was far from being. On my first visit, I was not put off by the $950 (+$150 in tips) price tag. Nor was I put off by the lengthy and complicated new customer interview and appointment process. I even understood the need to reserve a total of 8 hours for the service. It was my choice to travel the 100 miles to Metro Phoenix and spend an additional $200 for an overnight stay at a salon-recommended hotel, making it a 2-day trip - all in the name of vanity and being pleased with my first GinaCurl. Problems first surfaced 3 months later when I was overcharged on a return visit by $80.60 for deposits not credited to my account after spending $150 for a conditioning treatment and $185 in products. When I discovered the overcharge a day later, I asked to have the refund applied to the credit card I paid with, as is normal business practice. After agreeing to a refund, I received an email from PayPal stating that I would have to open an account with them and register my ID and credit card info in order to receive the refund. Being burned by PayPal credit card scams in the past, was not a risk I was willing to take. I offered to accept having the refund credited towards future services or an $80.60 gift certificate or some other way of making this right. Jay, the salon's "customer service representative" informed me that was not possible. NOT POSSIBLE? Such a mom-and-pop operation, barely coming out of the basement, could not rectify a simple credit transaction. REALLY? I let it slide for the moment. In preparation for a third visit to the salon, (now about to spend another $1200 + for services plus time, travel, and lodging), I paid their required $300 deposit on their online payment site in order to "secure an appointment" for a GinaCurl Touch Up 22 days in advance of an available opening. I texted them their required screen-captured deposit receipt and mentioned an opportunity to apply the credit of the $80.60 instead of the $60 promotional gift certificate they were offering to customers. Three days later over nearly 5 hours of back-and-forth texting, I received multiple texts requesting the screen-captured receipt from their website - again, available appointment dates - again, 7 annoying automated marketing texts asking to complete an appointment request form and join a waitlist, a statement that the $80.60 could not be credited, a statement that the $300 deposit could not be refunded as "Salon Policy" and worst of all, one stating Jay was "forwarding my concerns to Ms. CeCe" who would get back to me in "48-72 business hours" - which never happened! Becoming very irritated at this level of incompetence, poor judgment, and bad business, they lost me as a customer. I am out $380.60, even after filing with my credit card companies. I now must either travel out of state for a retouch or cut away the GinaCurl after all the expense, as other perms and stylings are not compatible with it. GinaCurl is a great product and definitely worth a try as long as you want to stick to that look, have the money to travel for it, and deal with a competent and trustworthy business operation. New: Unfortunately I have to update my review and the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because CeCe did make my daughters hair look pretty. Now the reason why I'm updating is because of their booking process and how poorly they treat clients. The first time I booked with her, I paid a $75 deposit which was applied to my balance when my daughter got her hair done. The next appointment for prom was a wash, dry and style and I wasn't required to pay a deposit (even though I would've paid one if it was required). This time I scheduled the appointment online again (there is no way to contact these people by phone BTW) and upon booking the appointment I was required to pay a .75 deposit. Yes, that's right I said .75 based on their system, it wasn't an amount I chose. Fast forward a week; I got home from work and I had two text from them, one said I needed to pay a deposit and was given a link to go and pay. The second text stated she was disengaging from the conversation. Okay, the text was sent a little earlier so fine disengage but when I clicked on the link it took me to a picture of CeCe's logo. I replied even though they supposedly disengaged and apologized for the late response and explained I was working. I also let them know the link was to a picture only. I waited a couple of minutes and I didn't get a reply so I moved on with my after work duties of cooking and being a mom. Here's the irony and why I took stars away. While dinner was cooking, I started to blow dry and flat iron my daughters hair. Anyone with ethnic hair knows this isn't a 15 minute job. Anyway, we ate dinner, I finished her hair, I did the dishes and finally sat down and checked my phone. To my surprise I received another text from this ghost person representing CeCe and it had another link to pay the deposit (even though I had already paid what their system required). However, since I didn't respond right away I received another text telling me that my daughters appointment was now canceled due to non payment. Um so here's the deal, I'm a grown woman, not a teenager so I don't jump every time my phone buzzes. I was busy and I make no apologies for being a responsible mother. I am positive CeCe has been burned by clients which is why she makes people pay a deposit however; to expect people to jump when you demand it doesn't fly with me. I will never bring my daughter back to her. If you require more of a deposit then make sure your system is working properly and giving the correct amount you require. Don't threaten people over an appointment, we weren't going to stiff you on. We would've been there like we were for the last two appointments we had with you. I would've also paid the deposit without your demands and you canceling our appointment...I just didn't see your stupid text right away. Oh and BTW CeCe, you owe me .75. Good luck treating people so poorly. It's not good for business and you'll never move out of your kitchen and into a real salon if you continue to assume everyone is going to be a no show for their appointments. So now you get 2 stars instead of the 5 I originally gave you and my nice review is gone. Next time pick up the phone and be kind to your clients. Well ex clients that is. read more

This business is a scam. They required huge deposits for an appointment, but operate out of a private home. When I found out the business is in a home and not a store front. I cancelled the appointment because I don't feel comfortable going to a strangers home, 4-5 days before the appointment and they refused to refund my deposit. Beware of business that requires a 50 % deposit before booking an appointment and no way of refunding the deposit even when canceling days in advance. read more

My experience with Ms. Cece has been positive. I came to her after another stylist had over processed my hair. My hair was brittle, dry and breaking off. Unlike my previous stylist, Ms. Cece took the time to discuss my hair needs and what she thought was the best path forward in restoring my hair's thickness and to stop the breakage. I had all the damaged hair cut off and a texturizer applied to the undamaged hair. My hair is now thick, healthy, with minimal breakage. Ms. Cece also took the time to discuss how to maintain my healthy hair and what products would work best. In addition, she also cuts my son's hair and does a fantastic job! He is 2 years old and doesn't like to sit still for most things. However, Ms. Cece was very patient and kind with him and was able to complete his haircut without any tears or tantrums. Japanese hair straightener came out awful!! I have been so depressed . She over booked and then rushed through my process and after neutralizing my hair she put some type of hair set gel to stiffing my hair. My hair looked like a bad perm walking out of there. After the process was done she TOLD me she was going to take a picture for her photo book instead of asking me . So rude ! I tried to get a hold of her but no such luck. All I asked for was a Phone call nothing. I had to leave out of town for a funeral and when I tried to reach her for a consult she would not return my calls. I talked to another hair dresser and she said CeeCee shouldn't have put hair set gel on my hair for 72 hrs that's what messed my hair up. I hate that I went there and I hate that I had to tip her after the whole process. SMH I wish she followed policy when it came time to dong my hair right instead of rushing through it. read more

You know how it is when the chemistry is right great things happen. Well my chemistry with Ms. Cece has been great for years. I have been seeing her since I was 18. Hair growth non existent and at the time goodies were my friend. Since having MS.CECE as my hair stylist she has taught me the value of proper hair maintenance and understanding that hair should be fun and an expression of me. Boy have I started expressing. Just got my weave tightened and washed.oh I forgot to mention I got flexi rods put in. Now you can call me curly sue, the chocolate version. I'm loving my hair but I always love my hair. My experience with Ms. Cece has always been good. My hair was extremely damaged by another stylist. Ms. Cece not only brought it back to a healthy state, but also recommended products I could use in between hair appointments. She also cuts my 3 year old's hair. He is very active and does not like to keep still. Ms. Cece was kind and patient with him so he wasn't scared or wanting to get down when she was cutting his hair. I had an appointment for a keratin treatment and the results were subpar. The treatment is supposed to smooth my frizz but the results are botched. My hair is thin and uneven at the bottom and the results look like heat damaged hair. There was some back and forth discourse about how my curl pattern is just adjusting to the dry climate in Arizona. While this was true in some instance and my curls returned in certain portions after two or three weeks the treatment was not applied with my curl pattern in mind and I knew this. I explicitly told her the ends of my hair are a looser texture. She processed everything the same way and now my ends are straight. There are also still straight pieces at the top of my head. I would not recommend Cece because it's apparent that she does not listen to client concerns and just moves forward with what she thinks is right -- and doesn't not actually know how anticipate what the results will be. read more

My experience at Endless Creations Salon was amazing. Cece was able to get me an appointment immediately, which I really appreciated because I needed to get my hair done ASAP. I was nervous about getting my hair done but Cece exceeded my expectations. I have naturally curly hair which she straightened and added a few rows of extensions to give it the volume I desired. The extensions blended so well, I couldn't tell the difference between my real hair and the extensions. She took the time to explain and show me how to take care of my hair so that it will stay healthy. I am so happy that I came to Endless Creations Salon, Cece is very talented and professional. unfortunately, my experience has been very bad. CeCe recommended a tape in hair extension solution that has been a disaster for me. I was unhappy with the extensions from the first day that they were put in - they were too heavy, too thick, incorrectly installed, and are of poor quality. Furthermore, the extensions were pulling and tugging so hard at my existing real hair that it began coming out! developing bald spots within the first week. All I wanted was to have them removed and get a refund. CeCe offered suggestions that I purchase products to manage the hair and also offered to adjust them, but at this point, after researching the problem, realized that adjusting or buying hair products would not solve my problem. Still. I reluctantly allowed her to make the attempt to adjust with no improvement to my situation. I continued to ask for a refund and to have them removed. CeCe no longer responds to my phone calls. I paid so much money that I cannot let this simply go away it wouldn't be right and I don't want to see my money be wasted. I have decided pursue other means to obtain my refund. Hope this helps someone! read more

Unfortunately I have wasted a lot of time and money with Cece. She is decent until her own products aren't up to par. Then you can longer reach her or her receptionists through email, phone or text. She installed a wavy texture weave and after following her instructions and using her products the hair matted and tangled. Cece is refusing to reinstalling after years of being with her and being a Hair For Life member. Showed very little professionalism when it came time to own up to a bad product. read more
