I will probably not go anywhere else. In terms of Covid precautions, they took my temperature and recorded it and asked me to apply hand sanitizer immediately upon entering. Masks were required the entire time, and plexiglass barriers were installed at the pedicure and manicure stations as an added barrier. The door was also open, which increased ventilation. This location is pretty big, and it was fairly empty, so I didn't feel crowded or like I was too close to anyone at any point. Obviously you have to gauge whether or not you're willing to take the risk in pandemic times, but if you're looking for a pedicure or manicure, I felt safe at this place.

Watch out for these guys the supervisor will try to pull a fast one with your change and the money. They are like a factory spa ( they rush working on you and do a half butt job) . I will not go here again because they rush to get the next person in the chair and you can't even relax getting a spa treatment done. The eye brow waxing equipment is old and dirty looking/ dull. I thougth she was going to poke my eye out with scissors today. Go to the name shop on 700 East and 3900 S I hear they do a way BETTER job! read more

Their customer service was great! I felt so taken care of and their prices were great too! It was my bday so they did a cute design on my ring fingers for free! I also did the wax and hot stone massage with my pedicure and it was amazing. They did not rush it, but rather took their time and treated me super well! I've been coming to Endless Nails for going on 2 years. Lee is great! Always a beautiful job. She'll even come in on Sunday's by appointment. I've been to other nail salons and have never had better manicures and pedicures that at Endless Nails. Sure, sometimes they are crowded, but I rarely find that to be the case. Highly recommend!!! read more

It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) So I settled in for a long service...and it ended up being about the same amount of time I would have spent for a regular fill. She was efficient. The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect. As I checked out, they gave me a gift-a lovely green tea hand lotion. I felt like a superstar and was very happy with my nails.
