I was incorrectly charged, which they admitted was their mistake. Instead of handling it professionally, the "owner" became defensive and accusatory. After requesting clarification, the owner called 1.5 hours later, and the call was so negative that I had to ask for all further communication to be done via email, as the unprofessionalism was causing me major distress. To make matters worse, they excused the error by saying they have "kids" running their front desk and call center--completely unacceptable for any business. This was by far the worst customer service and business practice I have ever experienced. I absolutely cannot recommend this company.
