I visited Endo Group once before for a root canal and had a very positive experience with Dr. Bohluli and the other staff members so when I found out that I needed a root canal on a different tooth, I came back to Endo Group. Unfortunately, I was given Dr. Messkoub this time who is a rather cold, clinical person. My heart began racing after receiving 3 shots of anesthesia in my mouth and although I was becoming very distressed about this, she just sat and looked at me as if to say "Can we just get on with this?". She has no "bedside manner" at all and barely spoke throughout the process or afterwards. Dr. Messkoub did seem industrious about her work. Lots of drilling, jabbing and interestingly the smell of burning flesh over the course of 1 1/2 hours. I guess she did a good job but her impersonal uncaring manner overshadowed whatever good work she might have done. In any event, if I went back, I would definitely only see Dr. Boliluli. read more

To whom it may concern: This doctor's office is very terrible. We did appointment 2 days ago, I provided medical ID and they and the insurance company confirmed that my cost will be only $75. But during the appointment they are saying we did a mistake, you need to pay an extra $295. I did not agree with that. The owner came and said we can pay you $50 for your transport. It is not a professional solution. Then who will pay the value of my time and stress?! I am asking all the customers, please find the different provider, they need only money, they don't care about the patients. Somebody should stop this lack of restraints. It was an amazing experience to be treated by Dr. Messkoub. I was scheduled to have a root canal which required two visits. On both occasions I arrived early because I wanted to revisit the office environment. Voss Dental's offices are a pristine white and remind me somewhat of the movie "2001" but with exotic colors provided by exotic plants and flowers positioned in various locations. These plants and flowers are beautiful succulents and others and are worth examining in their own right. The front desk staff was very attentive, booked me in and answered all my questions right away. At my appointment time I was taken to the operating room which was spotlessly clean and shiny white - everything looked brand new. All the tools of orthodontics were laid out under sterile covers so as to be at hand: it was amazing to see how high the technology of dentistry has risen in my lifetime. Anyway, Dr. Messkoub soon arrived and put me at ease. She and her assistant Kiara worked as a team to do the root canal. It was incredible to watch Dr. Messkoub orchestrate her work with Kiara: there were many, many steps to go through and they cooperated so smoothly. Dr. Messkoub's hands were strong (after all, we're talking about working with teeth here, and they are as hard as bone!), lithe and nimble. The only thing I can even compare her to would be another surgeon. Skill like this takes time, training and dedication to develop. On anesthesia: Dr Messkoub is the best dental anaesthetist I've ever had. She allowed time for the anesthesia to take effect and I was relaxed and felt no pain from beginning to end. I actually *enjoyed* my root canal from beginning to end! The dance of the hands and instruments above me, the flashing lights and sounds all combined to have the soothing effect of a Parisian light show. I know that it is hard work for Dr. Messkoub and her assistant Kiara but for me it was an astonishing display of high technology and concomitant high skill. read more

I was greeted with a friendly face and smile as I walked in. Appointments are easy to set up. The Dr. That did my procedure was extremely professional. He was friendly and to the point. He made the shots as painless as possible. Once the shots were over he went quickly to work and not feeling a thing he took care of a tooth that had been allowed to become a major problem. He informed me when he was about ten minutes from being done. I could not have asked for a better more capable Dr. than he who treated me. Fast and efficient as could have been asked or expected. The residual pain has gone away and am now ready for a crown. I highly recommend the Endo group. They know their business. read more

I had a procedure done in February 2018, on that day I pay the full amount given to me on that day (I knew that if the amount needed to be fixed they will call me, email me or mail me). Around October 2018 I started receiving several calls from a collector for $146.60 regarding the procedure done in Feb 2018 with the name of the doctor that was not the same. Finally during a call the agent gave me the address of the place and it matched. After several days of calls I called ENDOGROUP and it turns out that they confused a digit 1 of my apt. number for a 7. Amazing after the fact that they should be able to get that information right from my insurance. No one called for months (they had my number) No emails (they had my email) they had my insurance info and still wrote the wrong address The manager on point to track and to call out the number of mails she sent and notifications mails but not on point to apologize for their mistake. read more

I am not happy with Dr. bohluli, He did a bad job on a re treatment I had done for a root canal. 2 weeks after I had it done I went to the urgent care had a bad sinus infection. I went to see him and he told me no everything is ok You wont be needing a surgery. Fast forward 5 months later I am still dealing with this pain. I would not trust him or recommenced him.I have paid so much money to go to different dentist/specialist. I will have to get it pulled out now because its still giving me problems. terrible!! read more

I went to the Endo Group a while ago to see Dr. Messkoub for a root canal. I must admit was very nervous about the procedure, but this feeling soon faded as I entered the clean, bright lobby. The girls at the front desk were very nice and even offered me some water while I waited. When it was my turn they brought me into the procedure room which was also very clean and looked surprisingly modern. The doctor and her assistant were both very warm and patient. She explain the procedure to me and answered all my questions with out rushing. During and after the root canal I felt not pain just some minor discomfort. It's never fun to get a root canal, but Dr. Messkoub and her team were able to make it a very pleasant experience. read more

After Dr. Messkoub performed a root canal on my back molar, I began having pain on the molar tooth next to it. I called the office and the assistant told me to come in. This time I met with Dr. Bohluli. I was in the chair with the smock on ready for a brief exam, and when he comes in he just says "it will be fine" and then proceeded to give me the " have a great day spiel" . I then said "well since I took time out of my schedule come come here because of pain can you at least look at it!!" This SOB really wasn't even going to look at my tooth! I could have had swelling, bleeding or anything! This is a blatant disrespect of peoples' time and money. How dare you not even exam your patients! Especially if they have pain. I guess because I look and sound young, he thought I was stupid. I don't recommend coming to see these money hungry people! Go elsewhere. As a side note, the dentist who referred me to this office (Dr. Arezo Zharghouni @ Prestigious Smiles) was also a horrible dentist who ruined my teeth! I ended up submitting a complaint to the Texas Dental Board, and my insurance company refunded me for the horrible work she had done! People please do you research and use personal references when picking a physician! Even then dig deeper in your research! Don't believe google reviews as they are not as accurate as other sources in my opinion.... if you know what I mean (hint). read more

The Endo Group came highly recommended by my general dentistry. When I called to make an appointment, a girl named Maria answered the phone. Not friendly, not welcoming , and not inviting. Making my appointment seemed like it was a task. This was the first impression before I even met anyone in person. I hesitated even going in, but The Endodontist came highly recommended there, so I figured when I walk in maybe it will be different. Well, surprise it wasnt. Before I even got to the desk, Maria says, " Have a seat, we'll be right with you." (Anotherwards, dont bother me). Then I was called to the back by an assistant named Lee. I was never greeted, never spoken to by him either. I was shocked that a place like this would hire people that have no people skills. In order to work at a dentistry, you have to love people! Maria and Lee may be good at the task, but they do not know the first thing about customer service. I hope the owner of the Endo Group starts paying attention to these details about how their patients are being handled and treated. Although my experience with the dentist was great, I will never return because of Maria and Lee. It was my first visit and last. From one business owner to another, people that are task- oriented don't belong with the customers, they belong in an office away from the people. I was referred to the Endo Group for a root canal by my dentist office. I had never had one and really did not know what to expect. Pedram Bohluli did the procedure. He was very quite and did not say a lot, no problem. He finished and I paid the lady up front. I was a little sore but that should be expected. Fast forward to a little over a year and the tooth would get a little tender from time to time nothing that I even thought about until this week. My face was swollen by my lower jaw bone. I thought it I was a saliva glad because the tooth did not really hurt. After the second day I went to my dentist to see if they could tell me what was going on. They took X-rays and came back to shoe me that they thought I had a root canal that did not remove everything and now it was infected. Call the Endo group to see if they would see me and they would but at full price to fix what they did not do correctly the first time. I did get them to finally offer a 25% discount on the consult visit. I said that I did not see how that was fair or ethical. I was nice to the receptionist and explained that i would not be using them and that I would be giving a review on different web sights. I also said I would be fair but it would not be favorable. I thanked her for calling me back and that she was really nice. She apologize and I said not to worry it was not she fault. I will be getting the root canal done by someone more competent and hopefully more ethical. Please do not use them if you don't want to experience what I have. read more
