I've been going here for over a decade and haven't had an issue until yesterday. Please do not go…read morehere for wisdom teeth extraction. They do not offer sedation and only local anesthetic. I was injected with 4 syringes of lidocaine but I was still so uncomfortable during the extraction. I had my jaw open for an HOUR straight because the extraction took forever, and I could feel all of the tugging and pulling on my teeth. Not to mention, Dr. Minh only took out one of my wisdom teeth since "I would need the other side to eat." I was unfamiliar with this idea since I know most oral surgeons would take out all wisdom teeth at once. Maybe if I was offered sedation and not local, then I could've had all of it out and eating wouldn't be a concern. Towards the end of the procedure, Dr. Minh left abruptly and did not go over any aftercare instructions with me. He didn't offer me to ask any questions or concerns I had. I was only given a packet with gauze and a piece of paper with directions I had to read over myself. What kind of Dr. doesn't educate the patient on what to do following a procedure? I had a feeling he knew how uncomfortable I was following the procedure because all he said once finished was, "Now you see why I only take one out." I found that really rude of him to say after being tortured for an hour. Now I have to go through this recovery process all over again in the future, but glad to say I won't be coming back here for this. All of that pain and recovery just for one wisdom teeth to be taken out. Never again. Please defer to another dentist. I will never recommend Dr. Minh to anyone, especially patients who have anxiety over stuff like this. His bedside manners are terrible.

Despite the treatment being left unfinished, I was charged for the fillings and expected to return for another appointment to have them completed. On top of that, she was rude and dismissive throughout the experience. I immediately switched dentists afterward. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dental office.
