These Folks are incredible at what they do. The assistant Erika who you spend the better part of two hours with when getting a root canal guides you through the process with a great positive attitude and gives you all of the information you need. The doctor Nader was incredible as well, zero pain and zero discomfort and addressed all my concerns that I carry because of bad dental work in my past. I interacted with three other employees as well, all positive, a great atmosphere here. A root canal was so easy it was almost fun. They were able to take me in the day my dentist asked for one day after an emergency visit to him. So I went from a weekend in pain scared of what my week would look like to being in no pain and root canal finished within 24 hours of two dental visits. If I never need another root canal I know where I am going. I don't know what else they may do, need to look into that, but I have nothing negative to say at all about this business. read more

I was referred by my dentist for two painful teeth I have been suffering with for several months due to a poor experience with a previous dentist. The word root canal was thrown out and I was freaking out and so nervous. But my experience with EndoArt was incredible from the first phone call through the end! From the moment I spoke to Fredda and Jonga on the phone, I felt like I was at home. I had never before had a problem with my teeth other than minor cavities and this root canal came as a huge surprise. I was terrified. I made my appointment and upon arriving, Jonga greeted me reassuringly, remembered our conversation on the phone and helped me to feel extremely comfortable. Sweet Daniela, Dental Assistant, 2nd day on the job, took my X-rays competently, gently and very skilled not to mention, lucky to have landed a job in that immaculately clean office and minimally styled, I might add, in White and Orange. Then there was the doctor, Dr. Nader Vafaie. Dr. V feels like you've known him since high school and looks like George Clooney which, in my opinion, makes ANY situation a good one Carlos, is Dr. V's right hand assistant who was quick on the uptake, efficient and joy-filled. My root canal was a challenging one. Difficulty level being a 9 out of 10 I'm told. The whole procedure from start to finish could've been awful but between Dr. V describing what he needed and Daniela and Carlos being able to follow through quickly as Daniela was learning, (the Doc is a great teacher) it turned out to be a non-problem for me. I was referred out to EndoArt by my dentist for a root canal. After a couple weeks of no one reaching out to get scheduled I asked my dentist what's up. They called them again and I am finally able to get on the phone with someone to schedule. I let them know I was in a lot of pain, talking ibuprofen several times a day, but their first appointment was still several weeks out. Right before my appointment I get a call to reschedule because the doctor is going to be out that day. I remind them I'm in pain, but I still have to wait another couple weeks for an appointment. I just got a voicemail this morning and guess what? The doctor is going to be out and they have to reschedule again, and it's going to be a couple more weeks out. So I called another endo office (Marin Endodontics) and I was able to get an appointment in just a couple days because of the pain. Customer service wasn't bad necessarily, and maybe business is really that good right now, but my recommendation for anyone who is hurting, call someone else who will take that into account when scheduling you. read more

Had a severe toothache on a tooth that was crowned. My dentist called Dr. V's office that same morning for an emergency root canal. They fit me in and within 2 hours Dr. V and his staff gave me THE BEST care. The moment I walked into the office I knew this pain would all end soon. The entire staff was so friendly and caring. I explained about my needing to get in quickly due to my abscess, possible root canal etc. I talked to his staff who asked me for my insurance information so that they could validate my insurance. She also said that they could not get me in today but possibly tomorrow. I provide my insurance information so that she can contact them. She calls me back and tells me the Doctor cannot fit me in for 2 weeks, after she talks to my insurance company??? For an emergency??? WTH......My response was Thank you but No Thank you. How do I even start.... I was in an immense amount of pain and I have a lot of anxiety around dental work. I had an emergency appointment with a new dentist in Santa Rosa who took an x-ray looked at my tooth and asked if I would be willing to get in my car and drive if he could get me a same day appointment. His office got on the phone with Dr. Vafaie's office and I was back in my car and on my way to his Navato office. This was the best dental experience I have ever had! The office is very relaxing he is very relaxing, professional and caring as is his dental assistant Melissa. They made sure I felt comfortable and was really numbed up. His expertise and state of the art equipment made my root canal a breeze. I can't even believe I'm saying that.
