After drinking my morning tea with a straw because any liquid hot or cold sent me into orbit, I called the office that I might get an appointment. While they were fully booked they gave me a time to come in to be seen. I was forever grateful for their kindness. I was the last patient at the end of a very busy day for this office. Dr. McGough and her assistant could not have been more upbeat and pleasant. When it was determined that I needed a root canal, they happily stayed late until they finished me at 6:45 PM. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I have had other root canals done here with various other doctors and they all have the same work ethic and amazing patient care. I received a call from the receptionist saying that there was an earlier appointment open and if I would like to come in. Perfect, I had a busy day scheduled and it fit right in. I was warmly greeted when I entered, not only by the receptionist, but by the other staff members as well. I barely had time to sit in the waiting room when they called me in to the exam room. The Hygienist was friendly and professional, getting me prepped for the dentist's evaluation, and the Dentist was very meticulous in her exam. She was very clear and concise in her explanation of what the findings were and the next step in correcting the issue. My experience with the Franklin office was five star. Right from the initial phone call to set up an appointment, I could tell this was going to be a good experience. The secretary was super friendly and helpful with insurance and billing questions. I have never been to this office before . On the day I arrived to the Franklin office for my procedure, the staff was extremely friendly , polite and set my nerves at ease. I then met with Dr Gorham. She was super professional, friendly and walked me through the entire procedure before, during and after. I would highly recommend this office and rate the Doctor and staff as exceptional. read more

My daughter suddenly developed severe tooth pain so we saw her dentist who recommended a root canal. I called and Jocelyn who answered was wonderful and scheduled my daughter for a same day appointment. Dr. Sharma was absolutely amazing with my daughter and explained everything to her and was patient and kind. This office goes above and beyond.
