First appt took about 15 mins to get my upper teeth scanned in to then send the image to the lab. That process took about 3 weeks or so. Second appt, met with Dr Jodi Parker, to fit the retainer and make any adjustments needed. She was so patient and careful as I told her some part of the retainer was poking at my gum. She also told me to go home and try it out, and sincerely meant it when she told me that I could come back to adjust anything if it doesn't feel good. I felt really comfortable with Dr Parker and her assistants. Also the receptionist was very nice. I was able to make a quick third appt after I went home and tried it out for that night. I had to go back to make some adjustments. She shaved off some pieces so that the retainer didn't press against my upper front teeth. My retainer helped my upper front teeth to be aligned much better than my old ones. The fit was perfect! Great experience! Would definitely come back even though it's a hour drive to get there.
