I just left. And I usually don't do this. But here we go. I paid 50 dollars for a 30 min massage.... 12:34 i last checked my Apple Watch before I threw it on the couch. Approximately one to two minutes later, she walked in.. when she finished. I checked my watch and it was 1254 which means I still had another 10 minutes of massage which I thought all right whatever I gotta get back to my workday anyways..... I tipped her five dollars when I was charged when I first walked in. I had cash in my wallet that I was going to give her after the massage.. Considering that it was cut 10 minutes short, I walked to the front and she asked me if I would like to tip and I said I tipped you five dollars on the receipt and she said oh that's it it? Yeah, that's it. You charged me for a 30 minute massage and massage me for 20 minutes and you want a tip? You made 55 dollars in 20 min....Jesus Christ Don't go here. Absolutely disgusting. Poor service, constant interruptions, and high-pressure when it comes to tipping. They take payment up front, which is bizarre. The massage started five minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. I requested most of the focus be on neck and shoulders. The massage was fast pace with a lot of pinching. No oil, just discomfort and noise. The therapist answered her phone and had a two minute conversation followed by someone else coming into the room for yet another pow-wow, this time in Chinese. I said I was there to relax and conversations can wait. Even with the discomfort and interruptions I was going to tip $15 for a 50 minute massage. The Chinese banter went back and forth, telling me $20 was standard. I left in disgust without my change I requested. There is no way I'll be returning and strongly suggest people look elsewhere or purchase a shiatsu massager, as it is better than they offer. Uncomfortable and mediocre service would be a glowing compliment. read more

Very unprofessional business. Made appointment and was reminding about my appointment by email and text message. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment the salon was closed! No one answered the phone. I wrote an email and asked what happened and never heard anything back. I drive almost 20 Miles to get there for my massage. read more

I stopped in to make an appointment to see what type of facials they offered, spoke to an older lady name Lisa, she said they offered Hydra-facials and that she would call me back to book when someone was available. Never heard back, they do not have a website of services they provide. Strange place. read more

After reading the reviews and seeing their rating of 4.5 stars, I thought I would give the place a try. The price was very reasonable at $60 for 60 minutes. Oddly, though, they asked me to pay before the treatment. As odd as that was, I did. I thought, no big deal. My massage therapist was Layla and overall I would rate the massage a 6.5 on a scale of 10. Her overall stroke pace was fast, I found it a little harder to fully relax. She dug in pretty well into the neck and shoulders area which I had told her was really tight so I appreciated that. At times, though, she was a bit rough and it got painful. Especially when she was rubbing her forearm bone into my back bone and then even more so when she was digging into the side of my thigh. Even after flinching and letting her know it hurt, she continued and said she needed to get a knot out. The first 20 minutes or so we're all through a sheet which, again, was a little odd. Normally it's only the first 5-10 minutes. Eventually she used oil on the bare skin but the oil was not warmed and her technique of applying it was a little sloppy. During the session, her cell phone, which was in the pocket of her smock, beeped at least 5 times notifying her she had just received a text. Also during our session, one of the other workers opened the door to the room and they had a 2 minute conversation in a language I didn't understand. Both the phone not being silenced and the interruption were unprofessional. When the massage was over, she left the room and as I got dressed I thought, meh, I don't think I'd return. Now, for the absolute worst part of the entire experience... Since I had already paid, she followed me out to the reception desk and waited while I pulled out my wallet to tip her. I handed her $10. She says to me, it's customary to tip $20 them she waited for me to hand her more money. I was so shocked and because I don't like confrontation, I apologized and gave her a $20! Of course she handed me back the original $10 but... as I walked to the car a got madder by the minute. I met a gal named Lisa when I arrived and I think she was the manager. Lisa, if you are the manager and you're reading this, I hope you put an end to that BS. She did NOT deserve a $20 tip and I hate that she put me in that position. For this, and the mediocre massage, I can't recommend this place. read more

Really inconsistent with massages. Came here twice, after the last time I'll definitely not be back. Not sure how many Lisa's work here, but they both said their name was Lisa. The first Lisa (an older woman) was amazing. Very professional, good pressure and overall flow to her massage. I felt great after and when I came back I had wanted to go to her. They told me they put me with "Lisa" well Lisa #2, absolutely sucked. I mean like seriously one of the worst massages I've ever received. At their price point I feel like I should leave this review. She was like a car sales woman trying to sell me on a bunch of different services during the entire duration of my massage. Um hello lady, I'm TRYING to relax. There was no flow to her massage, she didn't even give me a full body massage like I had paid for! 1:1 is not a good ratio for this place, and I found a better masseuse down the street off Rockfield Blvd. read more

Read Laura K review as it's spot on. I have gone to many local massage places and I decided to try this one. Very odd and in my opinion very unprofessional. I had the same experience with Leila who did my massage. She made me pay before the massage started. (Weird) I give the massage 5 out of 10 at best and she kept saying how good she was. Definitely was not the case. She massaged me with a sheet pulled over my body the entire time. She left the lights on and did not accommodate my special request to focus in on certain parts of the body. Also at the end when I went to give her a $10 tip she pretty much refused it and told me to give her $20. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and where is the gratitude for getting tipped at all. The manager came and also told me to give her $20. I would have gladly gave her an extra tip but she was not good. There's many other local massage places that charge even cheaper rates. $60 gets you a 90 minute massage at most places. read more

Stopped by for half-hour massage on the way to the airport. Lisa was very accommodating on such short notice since I didn't have an appointment. Massage was excellent. I'm looking forward to my next massage & wax in a couple weeks. My new go to place the area where I'm working. Thanks Lisa just a side note to those whom had a issue with tipping in their reviews & think ten dollars is a nice tip, I've done massages in the past as a side job & tips I received from clients were never less than 20 dollars, usually more.
