Horrible staff , they all put their diplomas on the wall to show their professional but they are not , they ask for your money upfront , I asked for a 30 minute massage & the lady asked for tip before I even got in . Anyways I paid just to get my 30 minutes of relaxation after a long day I had , they were all sick & coughing , they even had beds where they slept there , as well when the lady came into the room that was 90+ degrees hot , I told her whoever is coughing I do not want to be touched by due to me having a newborn baby at home. Then she kept Mimicking me and asking me if old enough to get a massage?? Why not ask that when you were asking for my money .... She didn't respect that so I got up and left . After taking off my clothes then layed face down, She did ask me if I want deep tissue foot massage on my back, Full body hand massage and head massage and said yes. I paid $60 cash upfront for an hour and gave her another $20 tips. Nice relaxing quite place with soft music and clean sheets. We had a little chat and asked some questions. I use to go here regularly but last time they made a mistake and made wait 40 minutes and offered 10 dollars back. I give the girl a 20 and she asked for more tip and I said no. The owner when I asked for my 10 said I gived it to the girl for extra tip which again I refused. Next time I called for an appointment (sine other massages where good) and she said we have 2 girls available so I go all the way over there and when she sees me she said we don't have anyone available. I first went Melody to have my back waxed. They did a great job and I was very satisfied with the results. I had trouble in the past with other places. They will tell you the price then change it when they see the amount of hair on you. Not so here. It might sound odd but she even did my nose and ears at no extra charge. I was concerned at first but liked the results. They had two or three of the wax warmers which made it very fast. That also kept the pain to a minimum. The gal was very nice and talked me into a massage. I opp-ted for the 60 min deep tissue. Felt great. They also have a very nice shower room that looks new or is kept very clean. Regardless it was perfect after the wax and massage. I recommend for both your waxing and massage needs. read more
