Horrible customer service from the lady at station (chair 1) I checked in and she was working on someone and as soon as she was done with her, she said I'm leaving and I let her know I had been waiting for while and she was the only person available. She ignored me and proceeded to walk out the shop. Extremely unprofessional! Im a dude, all I wanted was for my brows to be a little bit more clean up. My brows are pretty thick and the lady (second chair from the left) made my brows way to thin. Not only did she make it too thin, she made one of my eyebrows shorter than the other by removing hair from my brow bone. Now everytime I raise my brows up, there's a weird indent in my brows. Not only did she make one brow shorter, her methods left alot of bleeding and scabs. She also missed the entire middle section where my brows almost connects. I wanted to like this place because it was down the street from me but now I have to go back to brow mantra in irvine. A bit of a drive but they always get me done right read more

Please be careful when you go here. I came a few times, always left hairs didn't think it was a big deal. Last time I came I got an infection on my eyelid after getting threading from here, periorbital celulitis !!! I was in pain and last a week. They are not clean here read more

This was my first time coming here and I couldn't find any price information but this was the closest to where I live so I decided to come by as a walk-in. I tried calling beforehand but they were busy as I arrived. I just needed a cleanup as I have eyebrow tattoo so my shape is already there and should be something very easy for them I assume. Eyebrow threading alone is $13. I had to check-in on the tablet in order to pick the service I wanted and the list of prices show up. There was no pricing on any wall so you won't know the price until you check in or ask them. Called to make an appointment on a super last minute spur and it was ok! First time here and loving the rules they implemented. Shreya helped me. Loved how thorough they were with following COVID guidelines. The work stations are spaced out by having every other seat open. Only two people are allowed to wait while the other two are being worked on. They sanatize right after working on a client. Each staff member has a face shield and mask. Masks are required, so please make sure to bring one with you and wear before entering. Threaded brows are currently $12. Shreya did a wonderful job. Didn't really hurt too much and my eyes were FLUFFY from quarantine. She was super sweet. Would come to this spot again! read more

Not sure what the negative comments are about. There are some relaying that they got bad skin reactions after threading... these women are using thread. They are in no way going beneath the surface of the skin and could not cause such reactions Ive been going here for years and every time I am able to immediately sit down and get my browns done with 10-15 min. I love them! Ask for what you want and clarify it, don't be shy to speak up! For some of them, their first language is not English. I came here once and had a great experience. The second time not so much. I came to clean up my eyebrows and the service was rushed ( even though there was only one customer waiting ) and my technician, Navi, left a lot of hairs so I'll have to fix this by myself now. She didn't seem to care that I kept pointing out that my eyebrows were not complete. One of my eyebrows is thick and the other is thin. Shreya is such a kind and considerate person I was glad she did my henna. The artist for my friend's wedding didn't listen to what I requested and rushed to finish the design. My cousin recommended I call here and I sent Shreya photos of what I had done and then she sent photos of what she could add to the design so we set an appointment. Have been a here a few times - this time as I telling the owner I wanted to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible she interrupted me and told me to scootch up in the chair. Of course she didn't hear me because she was too busy interrupting me and now my eyebrows are way too thin. I don't reccomend coming here unless you are in a pinch. read more

When I ask the lady when I was in the chair If she could take off where I pointed to she said no. I feel bad giving a poor review because the lady who did my brows was nice and she threaded gently/wirho, but man... this is just not it. My brows came out uneven, w/o any shape & not clean at all - LOTS of stray hairs. I'm going to have to repluck myself at home. I usually go to Vinita's in Tustin but couldn't be bothered to go so far today...but will be making the longer trip in the future. Sorry Henna Threading! Don't get me wrong, the people here are very nice and beyond welcoming but they just don't do a good job. I only go to this place as its the closest one to me... SOMETIMES they do my eyebrows correctly but MOST OF THE TIME its uneven, not even close to being clean, and its just not what I want. They are very gentle yes, but do not know how to shape eyebrows. Very disappointed, I always end up fixing it at home and basically wasting my money. Sadly, I don't recommend this place. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to suffer consequences afterwards. My daughter got her face threaded on 10/8 and developed a bacterial infection from them. They literally ruined her entire face. She had clear, beautiful skin before coming to this place. Now my daughter is on 2 months worth of oral antibiotics and special cream which is not covered under insurance and is $68 for a small tube. I have spent hundreds of dollars between medications and copays to see a dermatologist because of what they did to her. I would give zero stars if I could. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 8 years and this has probably been the worst. One eyebrow came out shorter than the other, one arch was higher than the other, and eyebrow hair around the eyebrows were not all removed. I had to remove the hairs myself when I got home and also trimmed my eyebrow hair some more. Eyebrows came out uneven and I know my eyebrows aren't the same but both eyebrows didn't look clean and well kept after she was done. I'll need to go get it redone somewhere else read more
