They refused either, basically told me I was SOL and on my own, and she was very rude in the process. Made a statement that 'you people wait until the last minute to schedule' indicating it was my fault. It was a month out! Actually five weeks when I first started. FYI, I called Groupon and they said that as long as I scheduled it before it expired, even if the appt is afterwards, the merchant should still accept it. It is their FAQs.
