I absolutely love coming in here!! They are always so nice and talkative. I've gotten 5 piercings here, (my ears, both sides of my nose, and my septum) and they've all healed perfectly, and I had no issues with them. I recently went in, about a month? ago. I walked in and asked for new jewelry for my nostril piercings. The lady wasn't very friendly or talkative, and she gave me the wrong jewelry. She gave me a hoop without telling me I was going to need pliars to open AND close it, and she gave me a stud that was for the opposite side I wanted it in. Then charged me $25 for the 2 pieces. She didn't offer to put them in for me, or even help. She grabbed them with her bare hands, put them in a tiny bag and charged me. Yea I can just switch the jewelry, but I got the stud in (after 10 minutes) and can no longer get it out without it being painful. Also I told her what sides I told her I wanted them in prior to me buying the jewelry. I will be back for more piercings, since it was just a 1 time thing, but I am definitely very upset about this. read more

Yesterday, my girlfriend and I went in to look at earrings for my niece to get her ears pierced and also hoping it would help calm her nerves a bit before her upcoming appointment. I asked if they had time to do get me in for my 2nd helix piercing and they were able to squeeze me in right away. My piercer (will try to edit when I remember his name) was very nice and explained the whole process and also answered any and all questions the my niece had. When he originally marked my ear, I asked if he could the spot, as I want to eventually get a 3rd and have them as symmetrical as possible. He was so nice and patient and just really listened to any and all questions. Other places I have been tend to act like you are lucky that they are piercing/tattooing you-like they are doing you a favor. So, it's nice to not be rushed or feel like you are a burden to them. I think the best part of the whole experience is that my niece woke up early today and is wanting to go get her ears pierced today!! I'm just going to start by saying that Matt and Damian are characters that require a strong personality. They have always been welcoming and very helpful with questions and ideas. They are a father/son dynamic duo, and are great at what they do. I've had all my 20+ piercings done here. None of them have gotten infected, and the process is usually pretty quick and mostly painless. The prices are standard, with jewelry included. Matt does amazing work, and although he hasn't done a piece on me yet I've seen him work on many other people and I am always amazed by how it looks afterwards. This shop is rated R for rad. If you want quality work, with great people and awesome prices, go here. I honestly can't see myself going to another shop, and I really don't think I ever will. read more

I get so many compliments from people about my latest tattoo, even from people that don't like tattoos. One of the many things I like about him is he will tell it to you straight. I came here for a vertical labret, it was crooked, he re did it right after and it was still crooked. He did my love piercings several years ago, crooked. Then he saw them, talked shit about the piercer who did them (while I'm internally thinking "that was you") and then he pierced them crooked again. I came in looking for a J-curve belly ring - a not so common style, but can help push out the lower ball if a normal curved belly ring doesn't work. Matt is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do when he looked at how a normal belly ring sat in my navel. I work down the street from this place so I walked over, when I got there all the signs were off so I called to confirm they were open. As soon as I walked in the door it was a hot mess. The entire space is a mess, there's junk everywhere. I told the guy what I was looking for & he immediately starting mocking me about what I wanted & how I spoke. I looked past that & sat down. He was going over my options with me, he started talking about politics which made me very uncomfortable. He has horrible perio breath & his nails were caked in dirt. Stay away from this place unless you want to catch some sort of disease and/or want to be made fun of. read more

Matt is a very talented tattoo artist. He is also is very kind (I was a huge wimp and probably asked him a thousand questions because I was so scared) and really knows what he is doing. He isn't a jerk about things, and he does a really good job of taking what tattoo you want, and perfecting it to you. Have had two piercing and a tattoo done here and have been really pleased with the work. Had a nose pierce done last year and sadly had to have it removed a week later for a MRI, Mat was great he took it out replaced it with a plastice stud, told me to come back in after the MRI and he would place it back it in. This shop is awesome. I had a pretty large intricate tattoo that I wanted completely re-done, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here. I called to make my appointment with Matt and somehow it didn't get written down, so when I showed up Matt didn't know about it. Which hey, it happens. But he was still great about it and got me right in. Considering this was a very time-consuming tattoo, I thought it was pretty cool of him to be so nice about it and still get it done since I had come all that way. I would have understood if he had to postpone it considering he had no idea he was signed up to do it that day. The work turned out AMAZING. There are so many colors in this tattoo, and I had pretty much lost faith in it ever looking great as it wasn't done very well the first time (different artist, different shop). He went over every single line and brought a whole new life to it! He gave me a pretty awesome deal on it, and made sure that I knew to come back if it needed any touch-ups but surprisingly it hasn't. I have other friends that have had tattoos done by him, and they are all just as happy. He is also very honest about telling you what will and won't work well when it comes to placement, colors, etc. while still respecting your ideas and desired result.
