I give this Energize Physical Therapy for five star because they deserve it. Wish there were more stars! Why? I very rarely write any review but I think I have to do for this Physical Therapy. I got injury at Work. Over 500lb very heavy metal frame fell and crush on me. My Left Elbow is not broken but all muscle, tendon and others all mess up inside, A lot of pain and swelling, I went to hospital emergency. So workers' compensation come in. I was looking for Physical Therapy, to accept workers' compensation. hard to find to accept workers' compensation for Physical Therapy. Finally I am lucky to have found Energize Physical Therapy. Very glad I found this PT in Queens. After 3 month treatment, getting back 100% normal and back on track. No need medicine. They made me feel so comfortable, explained everything in details very well, so knowledgeable, educational and friendly, so professional skilled, have the best credentials. The office is beautiful and very clean. the location is very easy to get too. Also a very smooth process with insurance company. And using any major Languages. Most my favorite is easy flexible to schedule for an appointment. After injury about 3 weeks I went back to work with light job. But still needed to PT treatment. They open 7days and week days late hours. So I can go Saturday, Sunday and week days late hours. in weeks days, after I came back from job still I can go to PT at late hours. Sometime I went at Saturday, Sunday. I didn't need to cancel Job even oneday for PT. Also I didn't need to line up half day for PT. Most of time they are ready with real appointment. That was awesome. Overall, grateful with the treatment receiving at there. Exceeded my expectations and I was very impressed and satisfied. I would highly recommend anyone who needs PT treatments to this place. read more

His enthusiasm, passion, and connection to the field is easily noticed by his skillful application of industry techniques. Linnette is charismatic and cheerful, always ready to teach and show you how to do the exercises. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and remember your name. I feel right at home every time I visit the office. Energize physical therapy holds true to the name. I went because I developed stiff neck after taking a desk job. The treatment has significantly reduced, and completely Eliminated my pain in most areas. We are working on a few more steps, and the team is coaching me on the things I need to do in my daily life to ensure my pain does not return. Stop wasting your time looking for a physical therapist, you won't get the best treatment anywhere else. I came here for a chronic hip injury that was making it difficult for me to walk. Dr. Celia Mak was great in helping me. They communicate really well with you and adjust to your personal schedule to make appointments fit your lifestyle. She explained me to thoroughly what I should do to strengthen and rehabilitate. I continue to follow the guidelines that she set out for me and my hip has improved significantly. As a college dancer, not being able to walk, much less dance, directly impacts my grades and limits the amounts of performances I'm able to do. After only 3 weeks going 3 times a week, and continuing to follow the exercises I was instructed to do, I have 85% of my full range of motion back. Energize PT continue to check in with me periodically to make sure I'm doing well and no flare ups have happened. Highly recommend seeking treatment here. From the moment I came into energize physical therapy I instantly fell in love. everyone was down to earth and made me feel extremely comfortable.The staff goes over and beyond to assist you in your physical therapy. I have been a patient for almost 9 months and I would not go anywhere else. I started out with Dr. Leo who is funny and excellent at what he does. Now im working with Dr Dimples who's amazing,great etc..., at what she does,very funny, No tolerance in a good way,down to earth goes over and beyond for her patients, to make sure you get the best treatment,so she can get you on a path of recovery... Honestly LOL I wish I can carry her home with me,. Seriously whether you have new injuries or old injuries. This place is a fine example of what great medical customer service is all about. The initial bond that is made with the client and therapist tells you a lot about the establishment. My therapist, Dimple, has been such a joy to work with. Sure the place is small but the staff make up for it with smiles of kindness and stories about them. Believe when i say this, I looked forward to waking up at 7am to catch my appointment. And yes, there is a fee of $25 when you miss an appointment but as a client that's absolutely understandable. The people who complain about that obviously don't understand the concept of patient responsibility. What I will tell you. This is true experience from the person who has pain pain pain and pain from my hip all the way to my right ankle ! I almost cry the the first time they tested how much pain I have in my right side body and weaken leg / from day 1 in April the 8 till day 6 total 6 times (April the 19) My body will tell the truth from my heart! My THERAPIST DIMPLE she is the Best with her heart to touch my body and her magic hand . I feel better and better each time I get treated by her !! Went in to this up and coming office for an old shoulder injury that started acting up and I'm blown away at how the team there works above and beyond expectations to accomidate, repair, heal and correct. Free coffee or tea? I highly recommend Energize to athletes in particular because this team is tough- but also to anyone interested in correcting whatever issue at the source, they dont do quick fixes. The office is usually a little busy but never crowded and everyone's welcome. The doctors are wonderful, Dimple is incredible, and the staff is always kind. read more

During covid pandemic... while my mother (82) was at home and being parkinson's patient, could not go to the therapy center. They made every efforts to approve her to get the therapy by visiting home. In past, they never did home visits... but they care!! They changed their policy for patients, and that is appreciated well. The Therapist who came at home were well managed, professional and most importantly, it was satisfactory that they came with protective gear for not creating any fear for spread. I've been coming here on and off for two months for back pain after having a relative recommend them. The physical therapists are great! They give great deep tissue massages while patiently guiding you through various exercises, meant to train your muscles and to alleviate the pain you've been feeling. And hopefully get you back to normal and pain free. I often leave feeling quite relieved of my pain. I would highly recommend if you're in the Elmhurst or Flushing area. read more
