Went in to see about a massage as my normal bi-weekly masseuse was busy, and would love a super close backup for emergency. I mean how cool would that be??!! Front desk people were rude and uninterested from the moment I walked in, dismissed me back out the door I came in from - without a break in their conversation. How dare I interrupt them!? Owner was pompous when initially opening to all close residents, yeah sorry I don't want your car mobile detailed in front of my house weekly with the noise and them blaring the radio and yelling on phones. Maybe I shouldn't be home during the day was the response. Maybe you should use your own damn parking lot that by the way NO ONE uses is my response. He did stop the weekly detail so yay one positive. Their clientele parks in front of me daily and they Currently have someone that works there that has someone pick them up daily. They park in front of my house for hours and let their kids out to play in my yard and they leave trash almost EVERDAY. 1-my neighborhood is not your parking lot, 2-my yard is not a park take them to one so I can have peace, teach your employees courtesy 3-stop leaving your trash everywhere nasty. Maybe before going home at night clean up the trash in the street and yards that your clients and employees leave?? Ive attempted to interact with blatant disinterest in return soooo zero stars should be an option. I even called to report an issue with vagrancy at night when hearing breaking of something which turned out to be their AC and Water how about a thank you? Nope I was disrupting them then too. FANTASTIC! They got me in the same day and Dr. Rodriguez was professional and caring! He listened to me, he asked questions to make sure he had the whole picture before any treatment was done. Once that was completed he had some pre adjustment treatments done to relax the muscles. Andrew his assistant is friendly, nice and comforting when he performs the pre adjustment treatments. I was recommended to Dr. Mike by my fiance after having a series of headaches and neck pains that I was experiencing regularly from the time I was a child, which I thought were just bad migraines. Dr. Mike Rodriguez was very friendly and gentle. He was not only very knowledgeable but very in tune to his patients. So much so that after being adjusted by headaches became much less frequent and then almost non-existent. I felt 100% better after visiting his office and make it mandatory to visit monthly if not bi-weekly. I went to Dr. Rodriguez's office with an extremely painful neck injury from an accident I was in. I couldn't move my neck at all, so I went to his office and he sent me to treatment and put on some muscle stimulation on my neck and a massage machine, then he adjusted my neck and right away my neck pain felt a whole of a lot better I still couldn't move it as much but it felt way better than before. The next day my neck felt back to normal I still went in to get treated one more time and it was great ! I went here with an extremely painful back injury from the weekend seeking help. I don't have insurance and was looking for a deal, They have that, first visit for only 40 bucks, but it was not worth it. I was looked at for only a minute, I'm not sure he even checked my back with his hands. He sends me directly to do treatment which consisted of electrical stimulation, a traction table, a machine massage, lots and lots of icy freeze and then tried to adjust me. He was asking me how I felt after the adjustment and I could not give him a concrete answer because of all the icy freeze on my back. After the adjustment he then proceeds to stretch me, a big no no after an adjustment. All I left that place with was a really cold back, forty less dollars, and a really bad feeling. Do not go to see this guy if you are really injured. There are lots of other chiropractors that speak Spanish and their clinics and doctors will look a heck of a lot more professional. read more
