I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below. I was pleased to find that REenergizeCO did them all and were more than just an installer but on mission to increase energy efficiency. From start to finish communication was fantastic. They first did the insulation and we noticed a difference almost immediately. They also took care of submitting the Xcel rebate paperwork for it. The solar panels and EVSE came a bit later. Again, they took care of all the paperwork with Xcel. The system has been working without flaw since and saving us tons of money in this inflated energy cost environment. We had them out recently to detach and reset the panels for a roof replacement. They took the opportunity to slightly tweak the layout for better efficiency. Still the same commitment to quality!

After shopping around they were able to give us exactly what we needed and we already notice a difference with the mini heat wave that we are having currently here in Denver.Scheduling was relatively easy and we were able to get on the calendar within a month. Pricing was competitive and they offered to price matching should we find another company that we liked. Other companies, however did not offer as many services for the amount that we paid. Guardian is also filing our upgrade with Xcel energy so that we get all the offered rebates that we don't have to do that ourselves, which is definitely a nice touch. The installers arrived in a timely manner, and were done within one day with a job that was estimated to take two. They also kept things tidey and cleaned up once finished. We also had a ton of questions and Brian, who helped us, was always able to reply and patiently explain things. He was incredibly flexible with planning to our unique situation, and was very knowledgeable. From the beginning, he gave us a bunch of literature, as well as testimonials, and a résumé for the company which definitely put us at ease at the level of experience that was held by Guardian. I would absolutely recommend Guardian for any insulation needs that you may have for your home; And I wish I could say that we would use them again, but I think that our problem is thankfully solved all thanks to them.

He explained the work they would perform, even sealing all places, like electric line holes in the walls to prevent air leaking in or out of the house. He showed how this would apply for a rebate Excel Energy, and we received a $600.00 rebate too. They also provided an energy audit checking for air leaks in the house, before and after the work. The price was competitive with the other companies and the work was performed in a professional manner, cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend this business.

They were unbelievably friendly and helpful in explaining the process and what to look for on the my SolarEdge application. Then I reached out to them for options as my system was on 2G, which was no longer being supported. Again, Apollo helped me with options and explained the pros/cons of each option. I went with the 5G upgrade and Zane came out and efficiently and professionally upgraded the system's software/hardware. I was extremely impressed with the timeliness, friendliness and professionalism of everyone that I have had contact with. What a pleasure to work with these folks! I highly recommend them.
