Jason has been my main guy, and he was so responsive, and easy to work with. They came and fix every single issue that I had. 2 years ago we had a huge hail, but none of the solar panels were damaged. But we had to claim insurance and take the panels off and put them back on. Suntalk has been easy to work with, and they rewire everything, even put better insulations on the wirings. I had pigeons trying to make nests under the panels, and they put nets and guards around. Yesterday, I just realized that my SolarEdge data was not updating since March 3rd. Called Jason, and he told me how to reset the communication module, and everything is good now. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. I finally had to call them and ask a second time for the estimate. The guy said it went to my junk mail, so he emailed it again. That was BS. I checked my junk mail folder and it never went to my junk mail. I don't have the estimate from them any longer as they conveniently become unavailable online after a period of time. I do recall that they wanted approximately $800 for one of the simple gutter repairs. I found a different roof installer that came out within a day and made both gutter repairs for $200. And he did indicate the one gutter needed to be rehung as it was not fully secure. He also had less than flattering comments on the installation. The gutter guy I found also rehung a downspout (included in the $200). In addition to the lack of warranty coverage for items that should have been covered, and the ridiculously high estimate prices for work, I asked them for a consultation for solar panels. And guess what? I got crickets from them. No phone call, no email and no text regarding the solar panels. My impression of Roper Roofing is they are VERY expensive relative to the competition, they don't stand behind their work with warranty coverage when necessary, and their overall customer service was horrible in my interactions with them. I would NEVER recommend Roper Roofing to an enemy much less a friend.

Chris, our sales rep. took the time to do a manual J measurement throughout the house to ensure we were getting the right system for the house, which none of the other contractors even considered. After showing me all the options, we went with their RUUD top of the line system which came with a multi stage furnance, variable stage AC, and a heat pump. They applied the rebates offered by Xcel, so we didn't have to wait for the rebates, we just signed over the rebates to them during the sales process. The installers were top notch, kind, and ensured they took good care of our home. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend them. From a price point, they came out thousands less than the closest competitor, and I'd note the closest competitor wasn't willing to do a transfer of the rebates. The work area was left immaculate and when the project was okayed by Excel, everything was turned on and worked perfectly. Thankfully, Namaste sent me and email informing me of the situation as well as the looming deadline. That's taking care of their customer. I'll that, a year or so ago, I had to install a new roof on my house. Namaste was very responsive and coordinated the work necessary to remove and reinstall my panels. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent!
