Initially, they promised everything we wanted to hear and even lied directly to our faces just to secure the sale. We had them install an entire solar system for our house, but a few years later, we discovered that we were misled about key aspects of the installation. Despite these issues, we attempted to work with them again to move the system to our new property. However, we were met with nothing but silence and delays, despite multiple empty promises from their manager. Their business practices are very shady, and we feel cheated. We will be sharing our experience with everyone we know and will be reporting them to the necessary authorities in Colorado, armed with video proof of their salesman's claims during the sale. Please consider this review seriously when looking for solar solutions.

Jason has been my main guy, and he was so responsive, and easy to work with. They came and fix every single issue that I had. 2 years ago we had a huge hail, but none of the solar panels were damaged. But we had to claim insurance and take the panels off and put them back on. Suntalk has been easy to work with, and they rewire everything, even put better insulations on the wirings. I had pigeons trying to make nests under the panels, and they put nets and guards around. Yesterday, I just realized that my SolarEdge data was not updating since March 3rd. Called Jason, and he told me how to reset the communication module, and everything is good now. Phone calls were always returned, progress reports on equipment purchase and installation were plentiful, and I felt attended to in every way. The installation was amazing. Several trucks pulled up on time and like little ants, every pro fanned out to do their jobs. The work area was left immaculate and when the project was okayed by Excel, everything was turned on and worked perfectly. Follow-up was reliable and I continue to feel that if I need anything, the folks at Namaste will be just a phone call away. I have been saving tons of $$$ since install and operation. They have handled all the rebate paperwork too. I can't recommend Namaste Solar highly enough! I'm so happy to be mostly independent of "the grid" and now that my heat pump is installed, I am truly going "green"!!!

I'm writing at the moment because SunPower warranted my solar panels and they recently filed for bankruptcy protection. I had no idea. However, the manufacturer of the panels will stand behind the warranty IF I register with them within the next few week. Again, I would have had no idea. Thankfully, Namaste sent me and email informing me of the situation as well as the looming deadline. That's taking care of their customer. I'll that, a year or so ago, I had to install a new roof on my house. Namaste was very responsive and coordinated the work necessary to remove and reinstall my panels. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent! Making a substantial investment to purchase my system, I couldn't be more satisifed with the quality of their work, their customers service, and their willingness to stand behind what they do. I got my July electric bill on Aug 10 and it was $380! I immediately checked my solar power system app and noticed that it's been down since June 23. So basically my solar has been down all summer, the most important time of the year. The system i purchased came with an email notification system, in the event that there's a system issue. Guess what, no email ever notified me! I called Solar Power Pros and they said "our email system has been down lately" and they said they'd come out and take a look at my system. They arrived about a week later, and i haven't heard a word from them since, even after attempting to call them on multiple occasions. Their customer service is awful and now who knows how long until they actually fix this? I will keep updating this review and hopefully this company will make this issue right. UPDATE 9/5/22. The CEO did call to explain the part that broke has been ordered and hopefully it will arrive soon and get installed asap. He also was nice enough to provide the phone number for the manufacturer (SolarEdge). I contacted them and they blamed the email notification system on Solar Power Pros for not enabling the notification, therefore both sides are passing the buck off. Hopefully somebody can make this right.

We first met with the company's president, Willie Mein, to discuss how the entire system operates, as-well-as details about the different components of the system. Willie invested quite a bit of time, including climbing around on our roof, to create a custom design for our particular home. The installation of the system was quite an undertaking but the installers accomplished it in a timely and professional manner. We've been very pleased with our system due to the significant reduction in gas usage to heat our water over the past three years. Our system had been problem-free until we recently noticed the hot water heater being activated when it shouldn't have been. We called Custom Solar to see if they could service our system to determine the problem. Their responsiveness was impressive. Eric, a valuable technician, did some troubleshooting on the phone but then offered to stop by our house on his way home from work. He was quickly able to ascertain that it was simply a matter of the plug being slightly disconnected from the outlet. Should we have needed a replacement part, Custom Solar would have been able to repair the system within a day or two. They have been very committed to providing excellent customer service throughout every step of the process.

They were unbelievably friendly and helpful in explaining the process and what to look for on the my SolarEdge application. Then I reached out to them for options as my system was on 2G, which was no longer being supported. Again, Apollo helped me with options and explained the pros/cons of each option. I went with the 5G upgrade and Zane came out and efficiently and professionally upgraded the system's software/hardware. I was extremely impressed with the timeliness, friendliness and professionalism of everyone that I have had contact with. What a pleasure to work with these folks! I highly recommend them.
