The trainers and staff here are 100% awesome and care about your fitness goals. I go 5 days a week and never feel like not going because not only am I getting fit, I'm having fun doing it. The trainer for my class at 8:25am is James and he is a fitness wild man. He will get you pumped and energized and always keeps an eye out to help with form if needed.
