I am getting my base tan started for the season and what better way than "cheating" on the sun with a tanning salon? I had a great experience at this location for a first timer. It's been years since I've used a tanning bed and Jenepher the store manager was super helpful to me. I kind of had an idea of what bed I wanted to use and how long I thought I should get it based on my skin type but she also gave me some great recommendations for getting started again. my second time I went there, the question me about eye wear and I told them I ordered eye wear from Amazon and was told I should have purchased from them, they asked about my first visit.. did I burn, I told them no, I'm really white right now but I can get a dark tan.. well I ended up in a bed that the buttons were cracked and didn't know what to do as it was my second time there in a different bed.. the fans either didn't work or I didn't know how to work them. I was upset when I left and told them exactly that.. either the fans were not working or as it was my second time there, maybe they could have instructed me on how it worked. The first time I went on Sunday, 6/8/25.. the nice girl walked me through all the equipment, explained what they did and when I choose which bed I wanted.. explained how it worked. IMAGINE my surprise when I got home and the manager called me and said I was no longer welcome there, they didn't want my business and I was racist! why was that because I said I was really white now but I do get dark? well keep your business, there are plenty of other tanning salons with much more pleasant employees and management with working tanning beds! I am an office manager that deals with customer service.. this place has none with rude employees! I am very well liked by all that know me and am in shock with this situation! read more

I have been coming to this location for a few years now. I know. I know. You're probably saying, "Leah, why are you tanning? You are already dark!" Yah. I get it, but I get a little paste-y during the winter and I don't like it. And I like to tell myself that I come here to get a base tan before the summer so I won't burn the first day I hit the beach. HELL, half the time I never even make it to the damn beach. Smh...Are we in Florida? Yea, it happens to me, too. Overall, the staff here has always been super friendly and professional. Whether I need to tan for a week or a couple of weeks, I will always go for the Turbo Beds for a full month for about $50. That is the best deal if you tan pretty easily and keep it. And it's also a guaranteed way I can get my vitamin D. ;) I just love coming here and recommend this location. I usually can't even tan the entire month because I get pretty toasted or I just get too lazy to go. However, for $50 it's one of my favorite guilty pleasures. read more

This was my first time getting a spray tan. The girl at the front desk gave confusing instructions. Also said I didn't really need the blending lotion except for maybe my nails, now I look orange and dirty. They also don't give you the nose filters and the eye covers like the picture on the machine shows. I didn't realize that the machine would spray in my face and that I would breathe in the spray. Definitely not coming back here. read more

I've been a customer for over 5 years, took a couple weeks off due to health reasons came back and was told the membership fees were now $70 a month and that they honored everyone's membership except mine for $43 a month. I did a spray tan and she throughly explained everything, gave me all the pointers and tricks to have the best tan possible and it truly was, I got great results. As a 'first time tanner' I was very nervous walking in. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed. They were very clear and upfront with prices and packages and helped me get the best deal. Even got a $20 off coupon for signing up! They were very knowledge about the brand of lotion they are selling and even have products for outside of the tanning bed like body wash, everyday lotion, hand creams! After complaining the staff member wore her mask below her nose, (which she found quite funny), she set the tan for light bronze when I asked for dark bronze. I get these several times a year, so I know the difference in colors! So she basically stole money and time from me, in addition to endangering others by wearing her mask incorrectly. read more

I've always received excellent customer service and have had a great experience at this location, but one employee who particularly stands out is Randolph. I am not always a consistent customer, sometimes (and especially recently due to COVID) skipping months at a time but he ALWAYS remembers my name when I walk in the door. I never expect him to the next time after returning when it's been awhile but the fact that he knows the tan that I usually get, and knows my name, has it in the system before I even swipe my keycard has never failed to impress me and make me smile. I went to this location for a second time and had a horrible experience. I ordered a prep & moist spray and went in and proceeded with the tan. As i was getting "dry" water in the machine spit at me, creating a speckled look. I was extremely disappointed in my tan. I found a worker and explained what happened, her and the owner told me to "go home and shower it off and come back". This was extremely inconvenient for me as i had to drive all the way home and shower off my tan... I went back, and they re did my tan as per they should have. I got another tan and was still disappointed and they wouldn't even give me a refund. I had to call billing my self and ask for a refund. read more
