In addition to the regularly scheduled classes, they offer really interesting workshops (happy hips was my favorite). All the classes are just so positive - there's never any judgement and you always leave feeling 100% better physically and mentally! All the teachers are amazing, and the owner is very knowledgable. Plus it's an incredibly beautiful, inviting space. My only wish is that there would be more weekend classes (two classes offered both Sat and Sun), which is more a testament to how much I enjoy the classes than anything. Don't let the lack of reviews stop you from trying it out; I know many a Repose fan! AND you have to try the live music classes...amazing! :)

The introductory classes are just what I needed and I am already feeling the benefits. As a Born Again Christian I feel very comfortable here because Eastern religion isn't infused into the classes. Calming music, aromatic incense & dim lighting allows me to focus my thoughts & energy into the goodness of God & my relationship with Jesus. As a Believer that was my biggest hesitation in attempting yoga. So for other Christians with similar concerns, this studio is a GREAT place! I got a 1 month unlimited pass from Groupon for only $26. We took a wonderful afternoon class with the owner, Jan, and were so impressed. They have 2 Peloton bikes that you can do online spin classes with basically all hours of the day except for when the yoga is happening. I just took a heated Peloton class while the room is preparing to get hot for some extra calorie burn. The best part is it's only $60/month unlimited for bike and yoga. Peloton subscribers alone (not including a $2k bike) pay $40/month. This is my new favorite place.

To be clear, I am open to and accepting of correction in form for safety and effectiveness however, I instead felt degraded and humiliated when I left class. While I understand the reason for the instructors concern I believe her concerns could have been handled better. I cancelled my membership as the classes that fit my schedule required me to be in the class with this instructor, 6am M, W, F. I am quite uncomfortable having this instructor. My membership fee was deducted on July 28th for the month of August and I was told it would not be refunded even though I did not attend any classes in the month of August. I firmly believe this is an example of poor customer service by Club Pilates.
