I am not a novice at yoga but I'm not a girl who can do handstands and such either. I took the class so I could learn more about the proper set up for poses I've been doing for years. I've also had an injury recently and figured I'd just start at the beginning. Let me start by saying ;The instructor Katie was a fantastic teacher. She masterfully broke poses and movements of sun salutations for us. She showed us the "common mistakes" and I felt I learned a lot from her. The studio was clean comfortable and cozy. There were a lot of beginners in the class and I was impressed with what a safe interactive environment Katie set up and I'm very much looking forward to the next one !!! Namaste
