The siding he replaced on our house is falling off and warped after barely two years. His attempts to fix it made it worse and now he is refusing to refund us. We had two independent contractors come out and verified everything was done incorrectly and poorly. Nick also only employees people who are not qualified for the job and do not speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Nick was rude to me and refused to listen when issues were raised. Even though we have a 1-year warranty, he offered to fix the issues only if I repurchased all the tiles and materials again and paid 1/2 of the labor costs. He also showed up at our home smelling like a certain notorious smoke, which I'll not name here. My daughter and I, both witnessed him and a female companion, smoking a certain notorious product in their SUV. I'll be taking him small claims court.

I had D&J install a fireplace insert last week. The guys seemed nice and Junior knowledgeable, but…read morethey altered my chimney caps and left my boiler flue cap wide open to the elements and any critters (see before and after photos). Not giving me a heads up to call someone to cap the boiler flue? I didn't know this until I went up to the rooftop to check out the situation myself, because a storm was coming through and when I looked at the chimney from ground level it looked wrong. This could have been a disaster if I didn't catch it and called another company who was available to come by and cap the flue. Not sure what these guys are doing, but seems sketchy to me. Also tried to convince me I need a new chimney, roof and boiler set up. Second opinion said no to all. Two stars because fireplace insert is working.
